I’ve been going here for about a year but the quality of work keeps going down. Yesterday was the final straw for me. I’m tired of paying $75 plus tip for someone to do a half job on my feet. Yesterday the lady never asked me how short I wanted my nails trimmed down she just started clipping. I stopped her after she clipped my big toe down to the skin. I tried telling her I didn’t like them that short so she left the rest of the toes at a decent length moves to the other foot and didn’t cut that big toe as short. She didn’t trim my cuticles she barely filed my toenails. Then she left the bottoms of my feet feeling like sandpaper. Then to top it off another worker came over & tried bringing my chair closer to her without me asking & had my knees in my chest. I immediately put my chair back because I’m not going to be uncomfortable like that. I’m not sure what was going on yesterday but it was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had there. Before I left she had toenail polish on my toes & I had to ask her to clean it off. After getting home I noticed she did not cover my entire toenail with polish & the tips are still unpainted. Then I noticed more polish on the tips of my toes.

My previous salon had already closed when I had broken a nail. Unique Nails & Spa were open late. I’ve gone twice now and both techs did a great job. They take walk-ins and are closer to my home than my previous salon, that I was also happy with. Feels strange to switch after so many years, but I’m really happy with the spacious rooms and the nails seems to last longer than before.
