2025-12-08I got the best mani/pedi in town! Such amazing work by Amy and another lady doing the designs. Attention to detail and I loved that she checked in with each step to make sure it fit my vision and color scheme. This is regular nail polish (I can’t do gel etc) - to show how talented they are! I will definitely be back! You guys rock!!

2025-11-07The girls did awesome. I gave her an idea and let her run with it. My first time at nail bar and they've gained a permanent client. I didn't feel rushed like usual at other salons. Beautiful work from them and ALL the staff is so friendly. Builder gel and gel pedicure.

2025-11-11I’ve tried so many nail salons in Greensboro, and Nail Lab is my absolute favorite! They are constantly good, and my nails always look excellent, and last. Everyone is so nice and professional there, and the vibe is just wonderful. I highly recommend Nail Lab!

2025-04-19Ok so I went there solely because my regular nail technician started working there and Monica always does an amazing job 🥰 The ONLY REASON I gave it a 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ is because they are starting to do some renovations in the next week or so. The appearance of the place right now is very dated . The front desk is very small and there was so much stuff on it you had no room to sign your receipt and you couldn’t see the person at the register. I’m hoping they get things revamped soon. Oh and btw the pedicure chairs worked great!! 😊 I will be going back as long as my tech Monica is still there 🥰💅

2022-02-18Do not go here! My nails are poorly done and I left there very unhappy, even after I left and went back. I asked to see the manager, turns out she was the one doing my nails! Left hand has a different shape than right hand. She broke my skin on 3 fingers. I was pointing out issues the entire service. When I told her I wasn’t happy and the old polish was still showing thru on all of my fingers, she never took accountability. Claimed it was already on my nail. The solution she used to fill in was all on my skin and I left there looking horrible.
