First time in and I’m glad I did! Walked in with a cracked nail that needed replaced. Had them done in another state. I was taken care of quickly and she (pretty sure it was the owner but didn’t get her name) did an amazing job! I will definitely be back before I leave town, and will be back any time I’m back in the area. Highly recommend!

I will not be returning here, I was pretty disappointed when I left and even more disappointed after a few days. First of all I made 2 appointments days in advance for me to get a gel manicure and for my partner to get a “delux” manicure with just a clear coat (not gel polish). We sat and waited for our appointment for an hour and wasn’t even spoken to, I had to ask after 45min if we were going to be seen and was just told “to be patient they were almost done”. I would have walked out (and should have) if this wasn’t a birthday gift and wanted it done that day as we had other plans. They were nice enough during the service but the man doing my nails had something going on, he kept standing up and sitting down and painting on my fingers and then wiping it off, it took forever. Secondly, they put gel polish on my partner without asking and charged me a lot extra for it. Overall not worth the almost $100 plus tip for 2 gel sets as mine was extremely uneven and my nails were cut in a way that the length didn’t match on both hands and the shapes didn’t match at all. My nails are popping off in whole pieces like an acrylic that wasn’t put on correctly and my partners are peeling off after just 2 days. I’m pretty upset I paid so much for such low quality and for my nails to have bubbles in them and be so uneven you can see it without even really looking. Won’t be back. Save your money and go somewhere professional please! (The first few are from literally right after we got them done and the last photo is from 3 days later when they just started popping off)

I have no idea how this place has a 4.8 review. I’m seriously baffled. The staff was very friendly, but as soon as I walked in, the atmosphere was dirty and cluttered. There was crap everywhere. I was told to sit in a seat and pick a color and was rushed to the pick the color.. then moved to a pedi chair, and one girl started working on my feet, while another started working on my hands at the same time… nothing about that was relaxing. Everything was so rushed! Just like a get in and get out situation. When it came time to painting, there was no care at all.. there is clear gel all over my toes so when they grow out, it’s going to look horrible, and same with my hands.. just not as bad. There is also color on my skin, that shouldn’t be there because they were so rushed. There was another client who came in 20 mins after me, and sat a few seats down from me on the pedi chairs.. this girl was clearly seriously high off drugs. She kept nodding off and passing out slumped over. She clearly needed help, like ems… instead of calling pd, they continued working on her lifeless, slumped over body like it was normal. In the salons defense, I could tell they were confused and not sure what to do, but to keep working on a damn near lifeless hand and foot, was crazy to me. I made a few subtle comments about it, thinking the owner who was working on me, would pick up on it and do something, and she just ignored them. I should have spoken up louder, but I also didn’t want to interfere with her business. I’m kind of annoyed with myself about it. It was a very weird and uncomfortable experience.

I have been going to this nail salon for a while now and the atmosphere is like family I feel right at home. Very clean very polite and amazing service…

First time here instantly got sat and had the tips put on my nails after that i waited almost an hour for them to even start i feel like they did that so they didn’t have to tell me it would be an hour wait knowing id probably leave. i definitely feel like i was overcharged i got a tap gel full set , i was charged 10$?! for my cuticles to be cut? Never heard that , which you’d think would come included in getting a full set of nails at least , 5$ for French tip which is understandable and an extra 20$ for a gold outline. In total spending 88$ mind you i got them short too!! Never was told the price until time to pay. The French tip was too thick which i explained she said she’d have to take it all off and do it over which she knew would be doing to much so she had me wait till she put the top coat on for me to decide and one hand was way longer than the other i had to come home and file them down myself … I’ve gotten tap before and have never spent that much unless I’m getting more than one design or jewels added on. Service wasn’t bad
