WORST pedicure of my life. Mind you I am 38 years old getting pedicures routinely every 3 weeks. I have been going to this salon for the last 3 years and I have had some pedicures that weren’t the best, I mentioned this to Logan and let him know of my experiences. I hadn’t been here in a while since the last experiences weren’t the greatest but decided I wanted to get a pedicure today. I went in and was immediately put into a pedicure chair, when the lady that did my pedicure arrived I noticed she was new. She started by taking off my gel polish but I quickly realized she didn’t know what she was doing. The drill was going around my whole toe….and so the pedicure went on with mishaps until the end. Once done and my toes were polished with the new color I noticed how the sides of my toes had polish on them, some worse than others. The lady doing my pedicure noticed it was on my skin but instead of cleaning it with acetone she decided to remove it by sawing away at my skin with a nail file until I complained that it hurt. Look, I understand people need to learn but maybe, just maybe, it’s a good idea for the owners/manager to watch new hires and get an idea of the skill level of new employees before putting them on the floor. I paid $65 for my pedicure so I don’t think it’s fair for salons to have incompetent people working on paying customers. People who we pay our hard earned money to for crappy service. I’ll end my review here bc it would take me all day to depict every detail of everything that was done wrong.

I made an appointment a few days in advance, hoping to pamper my hands a bit as a celebration. My mother recommended Anna as my new go-to and her nails always look great. I showed a few minutes early and was promptly seated while given a chance to select my nail color. I haven’t had a manicure in AGES as I’ve been working with my hands a lot. Anna was extremely efficient, making light conversation as she expertly tamed my neglected hands. Even though she’d all but finished when I asked about a design, she took one look and gave me exactly what I’d asked for. The hand massage was the cherry on top! I’ll definitely be a returning customer - to quality work deserves to be recognized. Thank you Anna!!!

Logan and his team are fantastic! I’ve gotten my nails done by them several times and they’re always perfect. Logan gives me advice on how to care for my nails and is always honest with me about what services I actually need and how often to come in. He doesn’t pressure me into spending more than my budget allows either. Everyone is very respectful and professional. They have a lot of long-term clients which goes to show how satisfied you will be with your nails if you go here. This location also has a very upscale feel to the environment while still being comforting and relaxing. I will be coming back for years to come!

Everyone here is so nice and friendly! I really appreciate that they don’t bump you or make you wait just because someone else walks in, they truly respect your time. The owner's children are so well-mannered and respectful, which makes the atmosphere even more welcoming. The shop itself is beautiful, spotless, and always has the best music playing. I’ve been searching for the perfect nail shop in NC for 4 years, and I finally found the one I love. 💅✨

Had an amazing experience with Kevin and a jelly pedicure 😍 💕 and he also did my full set, I'm unsure of young lady name but she did not disappoint with my designs love it thanks to these guys birthday loading ❤️ 😀 ♥️
