Love this place. Been here several times, this time I wanted a specific look with a fill in and nail art and the guy did such a good job and took his time to make it exactly how I wanted it. Also they got new pedicure chairs that are amazing! And they offer a selection of complimentary wine, champagne etc.

The girls and guys here always do an amazing job! They take their time and always make sure your nails look good, and never try to talk you into something you truly don’t want! They always make sure to address issues if they occur (I’ve never had one and been going for a year or more). They are very LGBtQ friendly!! My photo doesn’t do justice as to how amazing my nails are!!

Lele was the most amazing! I brought a pic of custom design someone did, she free handed all of it and I think it looks better than the picture. She was so nice and polite! Absolutely love her and will be back next time I need my nails done!

Last time I went, I asked for Lana because she had done a great job my first time there. I guess she was annoyed that I asked for her because she rushed through my nails and feet. Instead of soaking off my sns, she drilled them off and now I've had 3 nails break off, two broke down to where I have raw skin exposed and bleeding, and I now have to wear bandages. Nails that I have been growing for months are now breaking off completely, exposing my raw nail beds. I have NEVER experienced this before. I get sns to protect my natural nails, but her deciding to drill off my last set instead of soaking has reversed months of growth. I called the salon and was told that they are only guaranteed for 2 weeks. The last two times I've gone, the nails lasted minimum 5 weeks and would've gone longer. This set was chipped within 4 days, and now at 5 weeks I've had 2 break off completely to where my nail now has to grow back to cover my exposed nail beds. It's embarrassing enough that I have to go so long between getting my nails done, but I thought going to a top rated salon and getting sns would offset that. All of this has been ruined because Lana didn't like that I asked for her. I definitely won't ask for her again, if I even go back. A real pity. I paid 120+ tip and she didn't even offer me a beverage. For her to thin my nails to the point of breaking I've never had exposed nail beds before EVER. This is embarrassing to have to wear bandages like this. SMH

Professional staff made my group's spa experience very nice. The conversion was engaging and we had a great time. Color palette was very extensive and the price point was really reasonable.
