I Love Nails & Spa

Customer service was good and the ladies were kind. Pedi was horrible. I tried this place last year when we move to Seymour Johnson and they did a horrible job then. Thought I’d give this place another try since I live right there and did not feel like driving to my regular place. I Mentioned I was going out of town to my daughter’s baby shower and needed my feet done. The cuticles weren’t cut correctly and she cut too much skin around one of my big toes. Did not get all of the previous polish off one of my little toes . She tried to correct the paint on my big toe when asked looked the same as the first time. Not sure why this lady thought this is acceptable. Anyway, will not be returning.

Margaret was very kind and attentive. Did not spend hours in there. A lively environment. We are playing a Push Party for my munchkin 💕.

I had the absolute worst experience today. I’ve gotten my nails don’t here before and I’m not sure what the problem was but I went in for a color change and 1 nail repair. The lady gave me a fill-in which she clearly saw but did it anyway then charged me 50 dollars for the fill in I said I didn’t want. The nail She “fixed” was sticking up like a sore thumb. Never again.

We went in as a group getting ready for a wedding. It was a nice and clean place. However, while we were getting our pedicures- two members of the staff (who were doing the pedicures) started bickering at each other in front of us. One walked away and the other tried to tell us that the first girl was wrong. I honestly don’t even know what they were bickering about but it was so unprofessional and left us all feeling super uncomfortable. The pedicure lady that did mine was super sweet! But then I got a fill in and repaint- I actually thought it looked decent. Not the best job I have ever seen for a solid color but it was decent. Until the polish started to peel less than 24 hours later. We did this on Saturday. It’s now Thursday and three of my nails are now bare as the polish has come off, one is halfway peeled off and the other all have major chips in the paint. I have been super careful with my nails since we have a wedding this weekend. But I started talking to the other girls and EVERY single one of us has the same problem. I don’t know what kind of polish they used but all our nails are chipping and peeling and look ridiculous. We have an appointment tonight somewhere else to get them fixed so hopefully we’ll have better luck. Fingers crossed 🤞🏽.
