Nail Time

I was completely dissatisfied with the work that was done. Now I generally keep my nails done but I had $2200 worth of car trouble recently so that was in the back burner. I walked in with terribly grown out nails and I had cut them down to my fingertips. I asked for a fill…lol. Only bc I was in a hurry as i was in town for my grandfathers funeral at 1and I’m from Charlotte so I was just wanting to be more presentable for his service. Now this is how it went. I asked the younger man for a fill… he looks at my nails with disgust and points out my 2 broken nails. I’m like ok well a fill and 2 repairs… (duh in my mind). Eventually I’m like ok just do a full set and I let them know I was kind of in a rush. The time was 945 and I needed to be done by 11. Where I’m from that’s Plenty of time for a short simple full set. So I thought. After I told him a full set was ok, he takes off one nail with another nail tip to strip it off, which I hate, then starts filing my other my nails for what I know is a fill in. I asked for clarity and confirmed that a full set was ok. He was acting a bit aggrevated short with me so I asked him if he felt like doing my nails. He replied, I’m just getting them ready for the other tech. So he finishes and she comes and starts. I’m watching her do my nails so slowly and messily, while reassuring myself… it’s was gonna be ok. Im adding photos so I’ll just say the thing that made me the most upset was that she was about to start polishing my nails with globs of acrylic under my nails. I know she saw it. As she pulled out the gel lamp and put it in front of me, I got fed up. I stated that I don’t want my nails painted, I just want u to clean up under my nails and I’m done. She did then walked me to the register and typed 35 in the calculator. I said ok… and she walked away. The first guy comes back and tells me $35 with a tone that seemed as if I said I wasn’t going to pay… I replied… I’m just waiting to use tap. I paid said thank u and left. I’m so pissed at how my nails look… I want my dern money back.

She did it again 😭❤️👏🤭 my girl Ivy gave me better than what I asked her for!! She was gentle and patient with the design, the shape is PERFECTION. She also did a manicure for my friend and I’m obsessed Nancy did my Pedicure and it was the best and most relaxing experience I’ve ever had when getting a pedicure, I normally hate getting pedicures but I’ll be back for that too. They are Fantastic with kids and super patient. I love love love this nail spa and it will be my regular place every month.

I had another amazing experience! Nail time never disappoints. David did my pedicure and Mrs. V did my nails and Ivy completed my nail art. It looks absolutely beautiful and Ivy knocks it out the park every time. Not once have I shown Ivy a picture of how I wanted my nails that she couldn’t do. She is consistent and is very serious about her craft. I certainly can’t forget to mention the warm hospitality. Stop searching and book now. They’re amazing!

This was my first time here and I’d recommend this place to everyone! I came in right before 11:00 on a Wednesday for a fill in and pedicure. Kevin assisted me immediately. He was professional, comedic and efficient with his work!

Ivy is so attentive. Every step of the way she asked me to check my nails to ensure I was pleased before she continued. I love the communication and aim to please. Glad I found you all Nail Time. May God bless your business.
