Galaxy Nails

I’ve been going here to get my nails done for almost a year now. While every technician doesn’t have the same skill level many of them do decent work. My only bad experience was with one of the technicians that only does pedicures. She ended up cutting my big toe. This review I’m going to focus on my absolute favorite technician. Her name is Anna. She is one of the few techs there that actually understands designs and can execute anything you tell her that you want. My most recent set I told her that I wanted a reddish black spiderweb Halloween theme. She absolutely took it to the next level. I originally thought I only wanted one finger to have a design on it but when she starts getting creative I let her go with it. I absolutely love my nails. She ended up doing the same colors on my toes and added a spider on my big toe. She has done multiple creative designs on me for different events and holidays throughout this year. Her work is always excellent and neat. As long as she’s there I’m there.

Absolutely amazing! My brows were absolutely atrocious and now they look beautiful! Also, I rarely get my nails done due to my profession and they look amazing!

I have been coming to this shop since it open ! Now that it’s gotten big they want to treat people bad and refuse service ! After paying almost 200 every time I come for service I was told to find another shop . I came in the other day to get a repair right after getting a fill with designs because the gel did not sure and it chipped . I came in today to get a cracked nail fixed and told the lady who had done my nails many time that I don’t use the straight nails I use the curved ones she put a straight one on and ask if I wanted her to remove it and I said yes . While taking it off where my nail was torn she made it bleed and I didn't say a word and was apologizing over and over about changing it I then was put at the owners sons table the one who usually does my nails and he made my nail so much bigger than the others. I told him I was gonna come back in for a full set Sunday and was told to find another shop ! After being a nail tech for 12 years myself they still act like they don’t see or understand what you are telling them and get made when you want it done right especially at the prices they charge . I have recommend so many people to this shop and it’s really sad when you are loyal to a shop and they do you this way . My middle finger looks like a big toe nail come on ! And I still payed my repair money after spending almost 200 last week .

I won’t be returning here. The service was rushed and sloppy. Polish is on my toes. I got the sugar scrub pedicure. There was still sugar scrub on my legs when I left. From sitting in the chair to getting to my car there was a 15 min lapse of time. The guy was nice, but the service was not worth the money spent.

Loved my experience! Henry was very pleasant and professional. My nails are beautiful, I will be back next month.
