The Care Collective Massage, Sauna & Foot Soak

The office was so peaceful from the time you enter to the time you pay. I love the thought of recycling/reusing. This place of business shows a great effort in managing the waste that other Boone facilities don’t even give a thought. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The spa was clean from the entrance to the bathroom. I loved the plants to clean the air and others for esthetics of the flow in the space. I loved the selection of the drinks for purchase to the variety of oils to the heated chairs. I look forward to going back. I really enjoyed being able to txt the staff to book an appointment as well as asking additional questions. Thank you for providing a relaxing service that Boone needs for a reasonable price.

My hubby and I recently had a sauna session at The Care Collective, and it was an incredible experience—so relaxing and rejuvenating! The atmosphere is calm and inviting; it’s a very peaceful space, making it the perfect place to unwind. My body felt amazing afterward. Gorgeous space with tranquil and earthy vibe. Tremendous guest service from setting up my appointment to checking out. Mac Wood was an exceptional therapist…his technique is one-of-a-kind. Best deep tissue massage ever! We are moving and I said if I move anywhere even three hours from here…this will be the place I go for massages with Mac Woods! Phenomenal!

These folks are awesome. I booked a massage and found out I couldn’t make it. I contacted them and they offered to give me a credit or send a refund check. In the meantime, my plans changed again and I was able to get my original appointment! They were quite patient and understanding of my situation. My therapist was Rachael. She was so nice and asked a lot of questions before my session to help understand my needs. She was absolutely amazing!
