Everyone at Renewal Cohoes is so sweet and welcoming. I never feel judged here. Zoe is absolutely amazing at waxing! I have super sensitive skin, and she’s always gentle, thorough, and makes sure every nook and cranny is perfect. Alanna is also incredibly warm and kind. I always leave feeling confident and cared for.

I had my first ever facial with Alanna and she did an amazing job. She was extremely bubbly and personable. She explained every step of the process as she was applying the serums and masks. I appreciated that she checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I look forward to booking with Alanna again! Renewal Skin Studio is an oasis. I love the owner and the service providers.

I had my very first facial in my 56 years with Sarah at Renewal Skin Studio and I have to say I was beyond impressed! The whole atmosphere is extremely relaxing and I felt very comfortable. I had a custom facial with Alanna a couple weeks ago that I’m still think about! You can tell the level of care and intention that went into creating a space that is comfortable & relaxing - which as someone who struggles with anxiety means a lot! I also have a specific skin condition which Alanna was very knowledgeable about and curated treatments that focused on the unique needs of my skin and educating me about every step of the way. Not to mention, she is just the absolute sweetest who I had the best time laughing with between treatments. I left feeling like I was glowing. Can’t wait for my next facial!
