I legitimately never write reviews but I had such a bad experience and needed to share. I came in with several reference photos — including photos of my own nails done by another tech here — and clearly asked for a round/oval shape. This was my first time with this technician, and it seemed like she had never even heard of round/oval nails, or as if I was asking for too much. Instead, she filed them almost coffin-shaped. When I pointed it out, she said it was because the previous shape was that way… Which made no sense because, first, that’s why I was here with her and second, this was with a fresh new appointment… So she begrudgingly added more gel and filed again, but they ended up square. I showed the photos again, because they were square, and yet the final result was still nothing like what I asked for. During the appointment, she actually called out that she “needed 5 more minutes” with me, which was uncomfortable, and then immediately she started speaking in another language so I definitely felt as if she/they was talking about me. So when she asked right after if I liked them, I had to just nod silently because I was mortified…and we never even got to the design I wanted and I knew she was done with me. And the feeling was mutual. The filing alone took more than an hour, my cuticles are now rough, inflamed, and hurt!, and the nails are square, ridiculous, and absolutely juvenile looking. I even brought my own sheer gel polish and showed exactly what I wanted, but she applied it solid instead of sheer. They're beyond thick! The service was wayyyyyyyy too expensive for such poor quality, and the experience left me feeling ignored, embarrassed, and disappointed. Instead of following my super clear and simple requests, she simply did what she wanted. These will need to be redone immediately. And at my own expense. PS while I was there another woman was telling her tech (the other random one I had previously who first changed the shape of my nails after my usual tech has been out) that he didn’t do the design she asked; he kept insisting that’s what she wanted even though I could hear her try and speak up 3-4x that he wasn’t doing what she requested. Overall, bad, BAD…disappointing. And I hate to leave this review but I’m so upset by this experience.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and each and every time they are so friendly! They always greet you and you’re not waiting very long for them to take you. The place is very clean and simple, very beautiful. They have always be accommodating to the designs I ask for and they are gentle when handing your nails. I would definitely recommend this place as I keep going back every 2 weeks

I’ve been twice and both times my nails came out amazing, and just like the reference picture I showed them. My first set of gel powder lasted a month! They are very friendly, and the salon is pretty, modern, and clean. Edit 7/18: Been two more times, and price is fair for the designs requested.

The staff has ALWAYS been super friendly and nice. The new location has a beautiful and clean aesthetic that makes you feel like you’re at a luxury salon. I recommend them to everyone I know, and continue to make my way out there regardless of now living 35mins away. Great results every time!

Worst nail experience ever. I paid $18 for a regular manicure with a design. Look like a kid did it. Their 10 min. massages for $12 are amazing though. *update* 2/24/24 I went back for a redemption. They gave me a coupon for a free manicure with design. However, the lady said they are not confident that that can do a good design with regular manicure. I'm glad they were honest this time. So she said for gel it woul be $33. I was able to knock it down to $23 because of my coupon. But she said with design it would be an extra $10. So I was charged $23. Deni was my nail tech. She was very attentive and took her time doing my nails. It hurt when she pushed back my cuticle on one finger. But that was probably because I wasn't used to it, since I rarely do my nails. I picked a pink & red color. I showed her a design, and she actually followed it very well!! I was so happy with the result. She even gave me a free neck & shoulder massage while my nails were drying. I would come here again. I'll just never ask for a regular manicure with design. Ever again.
