Not only is her work consistently excellent but she really understands how to bring out the best in both my style and color. Every appointment feels like a little retreat. She listens carefully, offers great suggestions, and always makes sure I leave feeling confident and refreshed. On top of being incredibly skilled, she is just a lovely person—kind, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. I always look forward to my visits!

2025-09-21Lux Hair Studio is truly the best hair salon in the Hudson Valley! I've been going to Francine for many years and she is absolutely amazing. She's super professional, extremely knowledgeable, and always provides the best service. Francine always listens, understands exactly what I want, and never disappoints. Her haircuts are always perfect, and I especially love the glossing treatments she does—my hair always comes out shiny, healthy, and beautiful. I also really appreciate the Aveda products they use, which makes the whole experience even better. I'm a very loyal customer for a reason-highly recommend!

2025-08-30I highly recommend Ancolie and Jewels to do hair and makeup for your wedding day! I had my bridal hair and makeup trial with Ancolie and she was amazing! She really listened to what I envisioned and made it happen! On the day of the event Ancolie and Jewels arrived early and made sure everyone’s hair and makeup were perfect!! They did beautiful work, and our hair and makeup stayed all day and all night long! They are both wonderful to work with!
