Zén Shü Luxury Nail & Wellness Lounge (Zén Shü Spa)

This review is for the nail tech Carmen ( Zen is great!) I have been going to Zen for about a year and never experienced something like this. Carmen cut my skin and cuticles so much to the point that i bled a few times. She kept saying sorry. I figure she was new or something and wanted to give her a chance. Then when I got my gel nail polish removed a few weeks later I didn’t realized the extend of the damage. She drilled my nails so much that now I have dents! Zen has amazing tech but she needs proper training. I’m an established customer who usually pays in advance. You should not have a newly tech doing nails on loyal customer to experiment

This place was an absolute 10/10 luxury experience. The customer service exceeded my expectations from start to finish. From the coat check to the complimentary drinks, snacks, and phone stand, I was extremely impressed. The salon was spotless, and the nail artist’s expertise truly showed, Lisa was amazing! I recently moved here from out of state, and I’m so glad I found a new go-to nail salon. I’ll definitely be back in two weeks.

I visited Zén Shü for the first time recently and truly had an amazing experience. First, I’d like to shout out my technician ALICIA who gave me stellar and spectacular service, truly one of the best pedicures I’ve received and I know that it is due to her artistry and expertise. I am so glad that I was paired with her, I felt very well taken care of and will be booking with her again specifically. Thank you again Alicia! Zén Shü overall as a salon definitely has a luxurious energy and atmosphere that align well with my needs and preferences. Upon entering, I was greeted by a gentleman who offered to check my coat. The receptionist was also pleasant and checked me in while communicating with someone else who worked there. I noticed that communication amongst employees seem to be taken seriously and is appreciated when getting services. I only arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment but did not have to wait to be seated or seen. When taken to the pedicure area, the chairs were very comfortable and well sized. There was also a hook for my bag which I loved. I didn’t use the massage feature this time but I figured they’d work well. I have a slight thought that they aren’t complimentary with pedicure services based on the booking options on the website, but I also didn’t ask for clarification during this visit. I was offered a complimentary drink and the options ranged from hot herbal teas to water, champagne, and coffee. There might have been an option for juice as well but I don’t remember. I chose a tasty and relaxing chamomile tea and from there, Alicia executed my wonderful pedicure. There was subtle spa music playing throughout, I watched staff pay close attention to cleanliness and sanitation (including spraying stations with atomizers), and loved the clean, spacious and well equipped restrooms. I also appreciated my experience with reception as I hit a snag for my original appointment and the receptionist generously and smoothly accommodated me. All of my other reception interactions were smooth as well. One criticism I have is that the row of pedicure chairs face the other row of chairs so you are placed looking at the people across from you. It’s not something that bothered me but I can see it potentially playing a factor in the experience of others. I also can’t speak to the parking situation from experience but I do know the area and could see it being dicey. All in all though, I was very pleased with my first experience at Zén Shü and can’t wait to explore the wide range of services they offer.

I visited this nail salon for the first time and had such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, stylish, and beautifully decorated the space was. I was warmly greeted by two young ladies at the front desk. Even though they typically work by appointment, they were kind enough to ask if I lived nearby and quickly found a way to fit me in as a walk-in—which I really appreciated. While I was waiting, another friendly staff member offered me a drink, and I noticed they even had a cute little bar setup in the corner—such a nice touch! The service itself was excellent. Everyone was professional and attentive, and I especially enjoyed the little back and hand massage they gave before I left. It was a relaxing and thoughtful way to end the appointment. Overall, the atmosphere, customer service, and attention to detail made this a really enjoyable visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had the most amazing experience at Zen Shu Spa! I booked the Sea Salt and Sugar Full Body Scrub with Lillian, and it was absolutely heavenly. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully scented—instantly relaxing. Lillian was wonderful—professional, kind, and incredibly skilled. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment and tailored the pressure perfectly. The scrub itself left my skin unbelievably smooth, soft, and refreshed, and the gentle massage at the end was the perfect finishing touch. I left feeling rejuvenated, glowing, and completely pampered. If you’re looking for a treatment that both relaxes and renews you, I can’t recommend Lillian and the Sea Salt & Sugar Scrub at Zen Shu Spa enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!
