Top Line Nail Spa

I got my nails done Sunday, and there was a miscommunication and I received the gel x instead of gel polish. I didn’t say anything, but left a review. The owner of Top line sent me a txt and told me I could get them fixed for free, and that she was very sorry. I went in Today and they were so incredibly kind and professional. Ivy redid my nails, she was extremely caring and precise and did exactly what i asked for; all free of charge! I will be sure to keep going here from now on!

Tiffany was the best!! She was very attentive, nice to talk to, and did a great job. She took her time with my design and I was still out in under an hour! My first time here and will definitely recommend my friends and family.

Kylie is amazing. She’s attentive and caring. Kylie takes the time to ensure my nail is perfection before leaving the salon. My appointments are timely. The entire staff is great and personable. Amy is kind as well always use my name. Thank You.

Update: from 4 stars to 2 stars to 1 star as my gel manicure lasted one day. It seems to only be a good experience every other time and I can’t take that gamble. Pictures attached of the gel manicure with my cuticles all pulled off and bloody plus the wrong color I left with today. I could have told her to change the color but the manicure itself is terrible and she cut my nails sooooooo short like a boy. I picked 72 for color and she picked 78 and didn’t bother to get the right one. The towel they use now is ice cold. They were empty. I Used to love this place but they don’t listen about service. Without service nothing matters. That was a painful gel manicure and it wasn’t pleasant at all. I tried! The last time I went here they forced me to get a spa pedicure and didn’t even do everything on the list. They were empty when I went the other day, I won’t be back,

They did a great job with my winter/Christmas nails! They take thier time which I love!
