Love this place. Moved from NYC this past winter and am so glad I found Haven! I go for a facial every few months, usually the Skin Specific Facial, with a vitamin C infusion add-on. It’s a nice all-around facial with a an extra moisturizing infusion at the end that makes the effects last for weeks! Kenzie is my go-to aesthetician. She is creative and changes up the facial depending on what I need and is highly knowledgeable and easygoing, which I appreciate! Love her. I also see Alyson every coupla months for a massage, as I sit for long hours professionally and this keeps me squared up and tuned into my own body, which is otherwise easy to take for granted! She is fantastic and so attuned to what your body needs. Quite the maestro!

I received an incredible 1 hour deep tissue massage from Nick. I am a trail and ultra runner with a high stress job, so my body certainly takes a beating. He is very professional and responsive, and ensured that I felt safe and comfortable the entire time, in addition to applying as much deep pressure as I needed. I left feeling both relaxed and like it was a "productive" session physically. I am very selective about bodywork and absolutely would come back

Just had my first (and last) experience here. Something is "off"... I arrived 15 minutes early as requested, but was rushed to start the massage immediately, without ever filling out the intake form. I told the receptionist that what she had on file for me (a Vitamin C and Brightening Facial) did not align with what I booked online (a Skin Specific Facial). She agreed to "make an exception to downgrade my service same-day." I'm allergic to an ingredient that is in so many facial products, so I only choose services where I can discuss that with the practitioner first. The photo shows my booking confirmation email... 👀 My Deep Swedish massage and lymphatic drainage add-on were good and my facial was great, but I had to re-recommunicate what I actually booked for the facial. Then, I went to pay, and a second receptionist tried to make me pay $80 more than the service I actually received because I "downgraded same day." On their own, both practitioners (Lauren and Melissa) were wonderful. I just wish there was more relationality at the front desk, more spaciousness in terms of timing and moving from one service to the next, and more cohesive communication at this place.

I recently booked a 90 minute massage which was a gift from my children for Christmas. I was so looking forward to having a 90 minute massage as an hour never feels long enough. However, I was quite disappointed. I felt the massage was mediocre and it wasn’t a full 90 minute massage. My appointment was to begin at 1:45 but didn’t start until 1:56 and it finished at 3:13. Plus there was a pesky fly in the room which kept landing on me! Not very relaxing! I have had several massages here in the past and was quite satisfied but this one was very disappointing. Not sure I’ll go back.

The place is definitely in need of some upgrades and if you can't climb stairs would not recommend. However Grace one of the massage therapists is phenomenal. I would give her 5 stars on her own.
