I had an overall wonderful experience at SOLT. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and incredibly relaxing. Julia was absolutely fantastic—professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. The rest of the staff were equally friendly and helpful, contributing to the peaceful, high-end vibe of the spa. I had the Vichy treatment, which was both enjoyable and deeply relaxing. It’s a unique experience that I believe everyone should try at least once! I highly recommend SOLT to anyone looking for a top-tier spa experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit—especially to try out their float tanks!

Went to Panache with a friend for a girls pedi and I'm hooked! I can't wait to go again. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, the products were amazing and the ladies taking care of us were wonderful!

They messed up my wife’s eyes brows not once but twice. We gave them another chance but I don’t think I’ll let her come back again. 10/2/25

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR HAIR HAS ANY SORT OF TEXTURE OTHER THAN SHORT FINE AND STRAIGHT!! Even after double and triple checking that they had time to provide the service I requested (blowdry and straighten) they reassured me they did...45 mins into my appointment I was told my time was up and my hair was left half done! I purposefully booked 1hr 45 mins. The experience was awkward and irritating. I only write this as a warning to others with my hair type!

I figured if I left a review I would be contacted about the disappointment but I guess not! I asked for the front of my already blonde to be blended and to reach an icy blonde/ reach a balayage look with using a color to match my natural color. She was very kind, but the front piece is the only icy blond color the rest is still really warm blonde. I was also disappointed after checking out to find out the haircut was 30$ extra and I don’t like the cut, any other place I’ve gone you get any color treatment it comes with a trim, I would have never let her cut if I knew it was going to be another 30$ on top of a conditioning treatment I didn’t know would cost another 35$ my hair feels rough, and not conditioned what so ever. ALSO, was not told how a toner would cost 30$, especially when my entire head wasn’t toned. So all and all, I paid 177$ plus tip to come home and finish blow drying my own hair bc I left damp, to see my hair was still not the correct tone I thought I was paying for, and no sight of any balayage look in my hair but seemed to have way more blonde. I feel bad as she was very polite but 182$ should get a customer exactly what they wanted and asked for. The cut is also jagged! For 30$$$$$ Over priced everything
