Wonderful place to visit. Very relaxed atmosphere and the rooms are beautiful. My massage therapist listened to my needs and was great. She used tuning forks - which was new to me and interesting. I came in with so much stress/knots and left feeling much better. Quiet rooms, plenty of places to chill. Really nice. Highly recommend.

Great find! My wife and I stopped there today for a hot stone massage. The place is beautiful. Staff super courteous. Our masseuses were fantastic. Attentive, excellent pressure. Came out super relaxed! Will definitely go there again on our next trip to Watkins Glen.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 90-minute massage. The masseuse was articulate, intelligent, and very good. The chill room was very nice and relaxing. It would be nice however to have a steam room for the men as well. They advertise it but it's in the ladies changing room. Unfortunate

Sort of a mixed experience. We’ve been to the spa in the past to get a couples deep tissue massage and we had a great time which is what prompted us to rebook. Today, we went for a regular 90 minute couples massage and I had an awful experience. We were taken to a couples room, and I had specifically told my massage therapist that I wanted to work on my upper body mainly in my shoulders as I feel a lot of tension in my shoulders and lower back. She nodded and seemed to have understood my concerns. However, during the actual massage, there was no pressure at all. I initially thought that she was warming up to the actual massage, but, when she asked you to turn over to work on my front, I was very confused. I think she prodded on my knots once with a single finger and moved on. I asked twice to increase the pressure a little bit, but this fell on deaf ears. If I wanted someone to apply lotion to me, I could’ve had this done for free at my house. I understand that this is not the same as a deep tissue massage, but I’ve had plenty of massages at other places and it has never been like this. My husband, who was also in the room, had a very different experience because he actually did get a proper massage from another therapist. So there’s definitely a discrepancy and it seems to fall on the individual massage therapist. I assume everyone at Namaste are licensed and trained massage therapists, so to ignore your clients initial request and just phone it in is very unprofessional and just disappointing. If I ever return to Namaste as a customer, I would make sure to never be situated with that particular therapist ever again. I feel like my shoulders are even more tense now after having someone rub lotion on me for 90 minutes.

I went to Namaste today for a package which included a massage, a mini facial and a hot oil head massage. All three were absolutely wonderful! Every time I go to Namaste it is so peaceful and calming. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I would like to give a special thank you and hug to Kimberly. What you did for me today was above and beyond and your kindness is truly appreciated more than my words can express! Thank you!
