Victoria Nail Bar & Lash

2.5 stars. I really wanted to love this salon because my first visit was wonderful — the space is beautiful, the staff was kind, and the bar menu is such a nice touch. Unfortunately, my second visit was the complete opposite experience. The technician who did my manicure and pedicure seemed to be rushing through the entire appointment. He wasn’t paying attention and actually scrubbed the back of my leg with the callus remover stone without even apologizing. During my manicure, he cut me while removing a cuticle and I was bleeding. The dip powder was applied very sloppily! My nails came out lumpy, and the powder cured on my skin. When he tried to peel it off, it split my skin open. It still hurts days later. The polish is also uneven and patchy. Because my two visits were so different, it’s hard for me to feel confident returning or recommending the salon. It’s disappointing, because the atmosphere and concept are great but the inconsistency in quality and attention to detail makes a big difference.

If you’re reading this I’m going to tell you right now that you’ll love it here! My best friend and I love making our nail appointments apart of our self care routine! The staff here are so friendly and they cater to our needs!! And the manager, Emerald she is so sweet! 🩵

If I could give them 0 stars I would. If they don't understand then they need to say that. Hailey was very nice and quick.. too quick for my liking but that's not the problem. I left here pissed! Nail nails are not good. She told me I couldn't get uv nail on my nails until I get a fill in. My nails are very thin.. the gel x application is horrible. It's so much build up u see my nails that will not come off & my French is not even if you look closely. My nails are cut down completely so the line you see when holding them up is the glue build up!

V Nails Bar & Lash always gives great customer service. They do a great job on my nails every time. Lin is creative and a great nail tech. I highly recommend coming to get any service.

This is my 2nd visit to this location from the Bronx. I felt as if they sent me to whoever was available. The employee that did a great 1st job wasn't there so I ended up with this nail tech on this visit. Things started out seemingly easy and then became messy. He literally reshaped my natural nails to some other shape that I didn't want. In addition took off part of my thumb nail and attemped to fix it by filing it down more. After clumping polish on my other nails I got up and refused to let him finish. They had me sit for over and hour waiting for another tech to help fix the issues and then I ended with a second bad nail job. The pictures are AFTER the second tech attempted to salvage what he did. I am highly disappointed after my daughter found this place when we exhausted trying to find a salon in our area. Be warned that you may not be happy when you leave.
