Meet U Nail Spa

Extremely disappointed in the service. I was sat quickly, which is great. But the nail tech CiCi did a terrible job on my gel manicure. I asked for Clear Pink and this was the result. When i told her she didn’t want to fix it. Not only that i paid via card and she kept trying to force me to tip her on the receipt to the point where I felt so uncomfortable that I had to ask for a copy of and watch the transaction a few days to ensure she doesn’t tip herself. I believe the prior reviews now about CiCi.

The service here is amazing! Everyone is polite and welcoming, and the technicians are very skilled. My nails came out shiny, smooth, and strong. I’ve gotten so many compliments since then—this place really deserves more attention!

0 out of 10 they weren’t able to execute a simple ombré nail … instead of using an airbrush for my ombré this lady pulled out a make up sponge and began doing random strokes and smudges . Just terrible. Literally have never seen that technique used anywhere especially at a GEL X only nail spot. On top of that I was charged 80$ for a green tea spa pedicure & she didn’t even put clear coat on one whole foot 😭 I’m so used to atleast my TOES being done correctly I didn’t notice until I left the facility she didn’t do clear coat on one whole foot. On top of that my nails were all different lengths and shapes . I told her I didn’t like them and she proceeded to suck her teeth, roll her eyes and yank my hands while removing the bad job SHE DID. this was one of my first experiences at a downtown nail salon and never again. Save your money. Go somewhere the customer service matches the quality AND work. Oh & mind you I’m 6 months pregnant and this was my first nail experience in awhile, I can’t believe how disappointing this was!

I don’t really write reviews but I just had to!! Cici did my nails today and I never was this mad doing my nails. I couldn’t even tell her that I didn’t like the shape or anything without her getting an attitude. I payed 100 dollars for these??? Simple French nails who came out looking this bad. This is ridiculous!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming to this place. They can’t communicate properly and they also can’t do simple French nails.

I’ve been to many nail salons, but this one really stands out. From the warm welcome to the detailed service, everything feels personal and professional. My nails looked elegant and natural afterward—exactly the style I wanted.
