nice environment and all but the way my nails r so terrible quality and not what I wanted is sooo insane 😭 showed one of the guy nail techs a nude + blood red ombré stilleto pic that I wanted and not only is the color off but i asked for gel and got acrylic 😭 I picked out the right nude and polish for it and everything. Nails came out very grainy/ unpolished and sloppy. The tech had a little attitude the whole time as well and seemed to not really care/ pay attention to detail. I came here bc I was rushing to go on a trip and my usual salon (nail studio) wasn’t open and i really should have just waited. if you want anything that isn’t extremely basic with a side of just not good nail care/ techniques this is the place 🙃 left pic what I got, right is what I asked for

I had one of the best pedicures ever by Amy today. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She shaped and painted my nails far better than 90% of the places I’ve been in the past. My cuticles were pushed back, and she didn’t do any of the weird “ingrown” nail trimming which I appreciated. Massage was on point, salon and tools were clean. I will definitely be back.

I was looking for a local nail shop and found this gem right around the Clifton park center. I didn’t make an appointment but as soon as I walked in I felt welcome and they were able to Quickly take me. I appreciate the conversations and the swiftness of it all. Next time I will make an appointment, thank you again!!!

I give 100!!! I brought in a reference and my own decorations. They followed the ref beautifully and they managed to make my decorations which were used best with powder to adapt with my ANC nails! I’m very satisfied and they’re so cute! The amount of patience and time, I greatly appreciate it!! I went to get frozen yogurt and already got so many compliments! I am new to the area and this place had great reviews, however, I don’t know how because the service I received was below average. To start, the salon doesn’t seem clean at all. I saw no sanitation stations for the nail tools, she simply wiped them with a paper towel. The tech cut my cuticle badly and didn’t apologize or put anything on it. She continued to use her tools AND polishes as my nail continued to bleed!! Yuck! She also cut my nails shorter than I wanted, was very rough, and left gel polish all over my skin. Take your money elsewhere, as this place is not clean, and not worth their prices!!!
