I had a wonderful experience with Vivi at Evolution Nail Studio. From the moment I walked in, she felt genuinely friendly and easy to talk to, which immediately put me at ease. She was professional without ever coming across as stiff, and her attentiveness showed in the tiny details—she listened to what I wanted and offered thoughtful suggestions. Vivi’s sweet demeanor made the whole visit feel warm and comforting, like I was chatting with a friend who happens to be incredibly skilled at her craft. What really stood out was how she took her time to get everything just right. She wasn’t rushing, and I could tell she cared about the finish as much as I did. The result was flawless and exactly what I’d hoped for, which left me feeling pampered and genuinely happy with the quality of the service. If you’re looking for a nail experience that’s both thoughtful and precise, Vivi is a gem at Evolution Nail Studio.

The salon was extremely dirty: Coffee cups, food, and trash were scattered around the stations. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages—dust, dirt, and cobwebs on the ceiling around the lights. Nail dust was all over multiple stations. Two employees were sitting in the massage chairs, sleeping with food in their hands, the chairs vibrating beneath them. The front of the salon looked like a construction zone with sawdust everywhere. When I asked what was going on, I was told they were adding more pedicure chairs—even though they already have around a dozen, far more than their manicure stations. This still didn’t explain why the entire salon was so filthy, especially so early in the day. What concerned me most was the lack of proper sanitation: The blue sanitation containers at each station were completely empty. The tools used for my service were taken from under the desk, not from anything sealed or visibly sanitized. I watched a man preparing for a pedicure pull tools out of a plastic office file box, the kind you’d buy at Staples. Not one thing appeared to be sanitized the entire time I was there. If I hadn’t been traveling and absolutely needed a fill, I would have walked out immediately. I was genuinely worried about potential infection. To top it off, they charged me $65 for a basic gel fill, even though their website clearly lists gel manicures at $45. The staff also didn’t seem to understand what a standard gel fill even was—I had to call my regular salon to confirm the terminology and explain it to them. Overall, this salon felt unprofessional, unsanitary, and misleading with pricing. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others avoid it as well. I’m honestly relieved I didn’t leave with an infection.

This is a pretty solid nail place. I mostly only get pedicures and I usually have the best experience here over any other place I try. The staff are very friendly, large selection of colors, and very clean!

Went on a whim to get a full set of acrylic nails. I was greeted when I walked in and seated within 15 minutes(without an appointment. Cindy did a great job and was pleasant. The studio was clean and bright. My full set took less than an hour and I’m very happy with how they look!

My set was 65 dollars for a crappy full set 3 color tip I wasn't with Leo which was due to an unforseen circumstances ok cool but the head person delete my appointment didn't bother to call to indicate the change I will never ever come back here ever and I should have went to my spot and just waited. The tech wait too long and I see why there was an abrupt change Appalled !!
