Michelle's Salon & Spa at Five Seasons

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but I’m walking away from my appointment today very disappointed. Not from the massage itself, Heather gave me a WONDERFUL deep tissue massage. I’m frustrated with the business itself. They have major construction going on and throughout my entire massage I had to listen to saws and hammering on the wall across from my room. It was very disruptive, loud and not at all relaxing. I mentioned it at the front desk when checking out today and the girls were polite and apologetic. I find it very inappropriate to charge full spa prices and not give your customers a heads up and option to reschedule.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because the facial and massage services were excellent. However, my experience getting my hair done was a major disappointment. I showed the stylist a photo of the strawberry blonde shade I wanted, and she even consulted with the owner beforehand. Since my hair was already very blonde, the color I asked for was completely achievable. Unfortunately, the result was nothing like what I requested. My hair turned out extremely dark, almost brown. The stylist assured me it would lighten after a wash, but now it's just a muddy brown mess. I spent over $200 and even left a $25 tip, which makes this even more frustrating. This is my first manicure ever. I am or was a nail biter and my nails never looked good. I would always get full set acrylic nails. But to prepare for my wedding a few months ago I had to really buckle down and not bite my nails. I came to Michelle's Salon and Spa to see how the experience would be for my first manicure. My technician was Val and she was amazing I had natural nails and I asked for a nice shape to get my nails going. We chose a rounded square and hopefully I can get to a point they are ling enough for a oval or almond shape. I already have my next appointment booked for 2 weeks from now.

First time here. Very nice place, everyone was extremely friendly. Everything clean and pleasant. Caitlin (sorry if spelled wrong!) was patient with my first-time lash lift and did an awesome job! She also spent more time on my brow waxing than anyone anywhere else I have gone to has. Very detail oriented and gentle. My lashes look great and I can’t wait to put some eye makeup back on, and I know they’ll look even more awesome! ❤️

I had a wonderful experience last night! The people are so sweet the salon is very clean Michelle is so nice and very knowledgeable!! They fixed my terrible dye Job!! I saw 2 stylists, Val and Cece they were so sweet and amazing!! They saved the day!! Thank you girls so much!!
