Nail Envy

Everything was going fine at first but i sensed a slight attitute from my tech (old Guy with sleeve tattoos). After he was done filing the acrylic, there was dust on my nails like normal but he didnt even want to waste any extra time to have me wash my hands before painting them. So he painted over dry dusty nails. After the first coat of paint he was becoming more rude and kept complaining about my design choice EVEN though I showed a picture beforehand and he said he had no problem doing it... For all the money they charge he did not care about making me feel uncomfortable. He didn't know which glitter matched the picture i showed him so i asked him to see another glitter color to compare... I did not ask him to change it after it was painted, this was before handafter...He kept huffing and puffing and after the third loud sigh I had had enough. I didnt want him touching me much longer so I end up just getting a clear coat on top and got out of there as soon as possible. I felt like my business wasn't appreciated at all and he treated me as if he wanted to make sure i never came back there... I normally leave really good tips but the disrespect and poor customer service, not worth it! There was literally a lady behind me asking for multiple colors while also asking many questions bc she was unsure of what to get and I didnt hear one shift in tone, no aggravation with her from her tech, no audible sighing....idk if they are racist or not but I definitely felt unwelcome. I hadn't been here in 2 yrs but couldn't remember why I hadnt gone back, now I know why. I will remember next time and will not go here ever again.

Got my nails done a week ago and day 2 part of the nail design chipped off. And a week later they’re all peeling. I’ve been to other shops where I’ve had to file down polish because it won’t come off and this is just peeling like nothing. Very disappointing for what I paid. The man who did my nails kept scolding me and scoffing at me the whole time too.

Came in for a full set with a bit of an odd request and lewis (hope im spelling that right so sorry) was an absolute doll to take on the challenge, he did so well and was very gentle with my cuticles; plus this full set with designs and an odd shape was only $70 definitely coming back

Nail Envy is the absolute best. I have been going here for 6 years. I’ve seen many technicians over the years but they’re all wonderful. The place is clean and modern and everyone is personable and friendly. Highly recommend Nail Envy to anyone!

My nail technician, Kristy, performs amazing work; she is professional, incredibly friendly, precise, and her work is flawless. Having gotten my nails done for over 30 years at numerous salons, this is arguably one of the best I've experienced. The salon is very clean and efficient; I appreciate the appointment-only system, which avoids waiting for a technician. Their prices are reasonable; I get the dip service, and my nails rarely break. Kristy is also outstanding at pedicures—the best I've ever had. I have issues with ingrown toenails, which most salons hesitate to treat, but she removes them painlessly and effortlessly. In short, she is amazing! The salon is very clean, organized, and welcoming. I would highly recommend getting any needed services at this salon; you will not regret it.
