Julia did my nails and she was amazing! She was so professional, patient, and really paid attention to detail. My nails turned out beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The salon was clean and welcoming, and the whole experience was great.

This is honestly the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! The stylist was super nice and so patient, always checking in with me about the style and making sure I loved every step. She was incredibly gentle, I didn’t feel any pain at all. And the final result is sooooo cute, I’m officially ready for Christmas! Highly recommend!

Otium is hands down the BEST nail salon in NYC! If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. After years of trying different salons, I finally found my go-to place. Todd did my nails today and he was AMAZING — incredibly patient, gentle, and so detail-oriented. Every shape and line turned out perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about making your nails look their absolute best. The salon itself is beautiful and calming. The whole team is warm and welcoming, and you can feel how much thought they put into creating a relaxing experience from start to finish. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
