This is my second time that I have came up for a pedicure and they do such a good job. They give you a complementary drink when you sit down at the service is very nice. Their prices are affordable and they do such a good job I will definitely be coming back here again.

My experience overall was great, since I arrived the host was so friendly. Nancy was so nice and attentive, I’ll definitely be coming back with her. My nail artist was John, honestly he did an awesome job. I showed him an inspo picture and he tried to stick to the same shapes, art and everything. Although I would say it was a little pricey, they came out great. It’s nice if you want to treat yourself once in a while. P.S. they do offer a complimentary drink if your set is $35+, the cushions are really comfy and the ambiance is nice.

After reading all the great reviews I expected my birthday nails would've came out great, but can now say I wouldnt come back again and dont have the heart to reccomend someone to just go on in, unless they know who is the best at what youre looking to get done. Pros: aesthetically pleasing, complementary drink if your service cost 35+, they gave me an inconvenience gift for charging my card too many times 🙃 Negative: [look at my nails **see photos and inspo of what i wanted**], I spent approx $173 (not including the cash tip i paid separately) and am not happy about the nails or the experience, the cleanliness is iffy, my service was rushed and my requests were not met, I had to remind them things that I shouldnt have to - such as sealing the tips with polish so my nails aren't rough to touch, asking to get the base color closer to the edges- which they said they would and never did (it already looks like i need a fill), i requested for the builder gel to not look too bulky which it ended up looking+feeling, and Emphasis: they were not able to accomplish my inspo look. I booked my appointment in advance- wrote in the booking notes what I wanted- showed up on time, I showed my inspo photo the entire time/ every step of the way -from checking in to when they were doing it and asked for clarification as much as i could; I wasn't passive and tried to voice my concerns each step of the way so i could be happy and all I recieved was frustration and rushed work that didnt look like what I wanted. My nails have a bubble and look thick (as if the nail polished was globbed on the center/ has a weird bubble layer on top of my nails) my inspo design vs what I got was passable at best. I experienced 'the burn' several times with both my mani+pedi, and the prices that are listed on their site and what I saw at the front desk tablet is not what I was charged (i was charged add on for long nails- I didnt get long nails, charged for chrome several times- until my card literally declined, was charged for builder gel manicure at $80 price tag -site and tablet said it was $65 and i cant figure out where this number came from; they charged me an additional $10 for the chrome french. for my gel pedicure the site says $45 & french +$10, I opted for callous removal +$10 since it was chrome they charged me AGAIN an additional amt. $10 - my card started to decline at this point so I had to pay cash. My techs had to rush at the end because even though I came on time and prepared, showed the inspo, and told them my expectations communicated through out the entire experience, the outcome was just off- very misleading from the other reviews I've seen unfortunately, I wonder what and why I had such a negative time compared to all the beautiful sets I saw in theses reviews? When the front desk/manager left for the night there was a shift in the environment for sure - the experience became very rushed and all requests I had been asking for throughout (such as the color going to the edges and bulkiness to be not so aparent) were at this point: not going to be done. Overall, I left displeased and will have to give my nails some time to heal, but intend on removing this gel set soon. What I learned: when i left i spoke to another patron who reccomend for designs to be done by: Sofia and for pedicures by Vanessa, & definetly finalize a price with the front desk BEFORE you sit down (even if you booked your apt. In advance),

Not my first but my last time going here. I went to have my nails removed, full set, pedicure and eyebrows done. During the removal of my nails the tech used a nail to lift the nails off, causing my nail to instantly bleed. He attempted to wipe it and cover it like I didn’t see it. He then used the machine to get the other ones off, two techs come over to look at me to gauge my temperature as my finger is bleeding. They don’t say anything to me but start speaking in their language. The tech keeps putting some green liquid skin protector on my nail applying pressure. He then tries to gently remove the nail at this point blood is visible under the nail. The nail is removed and he goes back in with the skin protector. By this time I’m pissed because my finger is stinging to the touch, I see the nail and know I can’t possibly put nothing over it until it heals. He starts dusting the nail as if he’s about to go through with the full set. I tell him to stop and he does, he tries to rush to the register to check me out so I stand in front of the other register to let the manager know and see, another tech, one of the techs that was hovering over me as he tried to get the nail off, tries to cash me out so I show her the nail and say I want the manager because I shouldn’t be leaving like this. The manager, not the lady that is usually there looks at the nail shakes his head and walks away. The tech rings me up and takes $3.50 off my pedicure but charges me tax and doesn’t apply the 10% discount they offer when paying with cash. As this is happening the tech that ripped my nail off had someone else in his chair as if nothing happened. I started to tell her to be careful but wanted to get home and clean my finger nail properly to avoid infection. I couldn’t get the techs name because h didn’t have a name badge on. This was a poor rush job, that left me in pain, without so much as an apology or accountability which is why I’m writing this. Mistakes happen within a business but to pretend nothing happened, or think because I was on the phone that I wouldn’t notice or let them continue with the service is insane. Thank God I had the right mind to tell him to stop with the service, because he was damn sure about to put the nails on. I included a picture of my nails from last week, they weren’t long or damaged just old, I used Hard gel for the first time, so I wasn’t sure how to remove it myself, I usually soak them off at home. But because I’d never done this before I went back to them to have them removed. This was by far the craziest experience ever.
