Overpriced and bad quality polish. I’ll give it to you the ambiance in this establishment is definitely on the more luxurious side however the price for the quality of polish is nothing short of insulting. You can imagine my surprise when I was made aware that to remove my previous polish (Russian) was 30$(which was a first because I’ve never had to pay for polish removal) I was expecting it would take some elaborate intricate methodology in order to remove the tougher polish however being that it took the technician 6 minutes to remove my manicure I later felt stupid complying with this unreasonable price. And the polish itself is an opaque pink yet after 3 coats it was still slightly streaky and blotchy and certainly not worth the 75+tip I had to pay. If that’s not enough it’s barely been 72 hours since my appointment and my thumb has already chipped. Mind you I have not even preformed any chores such as dishes, laundry, can opening or any other tedious tasks I’ve simply just been existing. I in no way am blaming the technicians it seems to be they are simply employees for some low quality nail salon that is cosplaying as another elite high end nail salon that thinks preforming highway robbery is acceptable. I give 2 stars 1 for the nail tech that seemed like a nice lady and 1 star for the clean space. Other than that would not recommend you can get your nails done for a lot less that will last a lot longer

I got the worst gel manicure in my life. They rushed because it was close to closing time and they didn’t cut the cuticles or put the polish on normally. They didn’t leave it to dry so every nail was smudged. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else! The polish also chipped 20 minutes after leaving!

Did a gel manicure. Great staff, greeting and little wait time. Nail prep fantastic. Polish and file, lumpy and crooked. Overall did not get membership

Had an amazing experience at this salon. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing with gentle music playing in the background. Norma did a great job at spa pedicure and heavenly 20 minute massage. Then she did yet another great job on my mani and another awesome 30 minute back massage. Very happy with the service.

Terribly rude workers. Not relaxing at all. Nail polish didnt cover my nails, shapes were off, lengths were different- and when i asked to fix it up, the lady got all defensive, didn't and somehow blamed me.
