Sugarcoat Nail Lounge

This is my last time I come to Sugar Coate. Every time I come for a service all of the employees have an attitude! Like you’re bothering them. I always try to keep a smile on my face and stay on a positive note with them, but I got a pedicure done & it was the worst & most rushed service I’ve ever got. (Keep in mind It was not busy. It was only two people, including me Getting serviced) I told the girl who was working on my pedicure not to cut my toenails & instead to file. She nodded yes then proceeds to CUT my toenails… & she’s cut them so short & stubby. I told her to add acrylic to two of my toes she told me I didn’t need it for one toe so I agreed and told her to add it for one toe, She never did it. She rushed my pedicure. Also, she was yanking my skin off that was the roughest pedicure session ever. I kept saying “ow that hurts” & she kept going. She didn’t even fully have my feet soaking in the tub, let alone scrubbed my feet. She didn’t even lotion my feet as the service usually offer. When she added the polish, I realized how stubby my toes were looking. I told her & Another employee about my issue & their responses were so nonchalant & they offered to fix it, but it was in a bothersome tone like they really didn’t want to do it so I just told them Never mind. I didn’t want to be that problematic client, but it’s so much you can take after supporting a business for so long. I’m over their nonchalance & their attitudes. I paid $40 for white stubby toes & Ashy feet.. oh yeah & a bruise!!! This business has went downhill In the past few years, I’ve gone here. They’re hiring anybody now & I don’t want to be a part of that.

staff was very nice, price ranging was very well !! only 60$ for these cute halloween nails. i’m not sure who i went to, since I'm a new customer but I seen everyone walking out with beautiful nails😍. as someone who lives in queens and goes to the salons there, this was a big step up from going from nail salons that charge the same price or more for terrible nails. definitely will be seeing me again. new favorite salon.

Aww where do I begin..?? I mean, I was treated with love, kindness and support. The nail techs, the other customers, all of them were amazing! Thank you for my nails guys. I loved it! Special shoutout to the Nail Tech that gave me the design desired. Thank you for the Birthday wishes amor!

I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment very recently , Michelle is amazing on the manicures , there is another young lady whose name I didn’t get who did my pedicure she definitely came thru as well! The vibes are very nice in general and the wine was ice cold!!! Prices are standard, I will definitely return to this place again!!!

Today I visited sugarcoat nail for the first time! I was really happy with the results! Ada was great!
