Nalena Nails

This was my first time here and it was such a good experience! The staff were super friendly and inviting, the atmosphere was great! I was looking for a new salon to go to and this is the spot! Thank you so much!

I love the ladies there they are so friendly. We always have a great conversation im been only going for a few months, but my mother has been going for 8 years!! They have all done majority of my family and my friend. They are the truly best and awesome artist I love this place!!

I want to start out by saying that I will never go back here. This was my first time in a salon after cancer, a way to treat myself after my chemo nails had finally gone away. This was by far the worst pedicure and set of nails I have ever had. I got in my car and just sobbed. I was so over the experience it wasn’t even worth complaining. I called that morning for a pedicure and went in, was warmly greeted but that was the only nice part. The person doing my pedicure just didn’t really seem to be engaged or care, the massage was beyond lackluster, my boyfriend does better. My toe nails however were painted well. While drying I asked if anyone had opening to do dip nails, they said yes and I came back an hour and a half later and the same person did my nails. This was the worst set of nails ever. I don’t say manicure because literally nothing was done to my nails, no cuticle pushing or removal etc. I asked for coffin tips and each nail was a totally different shape. I do dip nails regularly myself but wanted to treat myself and I should have done them myself for what I paid and how they look. All of my nails are flat, you can see where the tip starts, there was no apex built on my nails and minimal shaping was done after the dip was applied. Also instead of pouring the dip over my nails they dipped it right into the pot of powder which is highly unsanitary as many peoples nails have been in that pot. None of my cuticle lines are even. I had to go home and spend 45 minutes refiling my nails to the right shape as half of them were barely coffins. I debated calling to complain but didn’t want to because I know they would just feel put out if I went back to complain or have them fixed. This was supposed to be a treat for me during my cancer recovery and ended up being a bad experience. 10/10 do not recommend. All photos are AFTER I filed for 45 minutes

The staff are super nice and make you feel welcomed. They did a great job on my nails.
