TT Nails Spa

went in for the first time for a acrylic refill. it was 70$ (i did get chrome) but as of today half of the nails are chipping already. this has never happened to me before. not sure what went wrong. just seems like alot of money for a fill especially when they are only a day old and already chipping. on another note staff was nice.

First time coming here to the shop. Very happy with the service and how my nails turned out. I did not have an appointment, but they were able to take me in anyway. I will definitely go back!

I have been going to this salon for a while now and I could not be more satisfied. I’ve seen Maria and Tiffany and they both do a great job. When I first started going there I got a full set and would do acrylics for a while I have been doing gel manicures I’ve gotten my toes done. The pedicure was great. This place is just all-around great, and I highly recommend them. I just left there for my two week manicure and I left with a Christmas present as well. They are both so sweet and so nice every time I go there. These photos don’t even do the nails justice or even the colors at that but enjoy my Christmas/birthday nails.

I went to TT Nail today at 11:50. There was a sign on the door that said you needed to call to make an appointment. I called the number and schedule an appointment for 12:30 today. I got a regular pedicure and a gel full set. I was charged for gel removal of my pedicure, even though there was no gel on my feet it was just regular polish. Then the employee talked under his breath and got all mad. When I told him it was not a gel polish. Twice during my pedicure I notified the nail tech that the color was not the color I chose. Both times he told me didn’t matter and it was OK. When I got my nails done, Tiffany painted them with another color that was supposed to be the exact same color number just gel. The color on my hands is not the color I picked out nor was it the color on my toes. At which point I told the nail tech place that the color on my hands did not match my toes nor did it match the color I picked out. The gentleman that did my toes and came over and told me it wasn’t their fault that they didn’t match. Tiffany told me she could just paint my nails the wrong color so that they match the color on my toes. Needless to say the color of the full set, the color on my toes, and the color that I chose out are all different. Customer service and intimidations tactics are horrible. They were not busy and still gave me horrible service.

This was my first time at TT Nails Spa and I loved it. Everyone in the salon was so nice and they were able to squeeze me in a bit before they closed for a much need acrylic fill. I am in love with the way my nails turned out by far one of the best acrylic sets I’ve had not to mention she took her time and made sure everything was perfect. I will definitely be returning back to them!
