Nicky’s Nail Bar

I just moved from the city to Newburg and so it was my First time visiting. Place is clean, welcoming and has great ambience. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The decor is beautiful. Manicure: Being that this was my first time and I arrived there with my old Gel on my nails that had to be removed. I was introduced to the rubber technique manicure which I liked, I’ll be seeing how it ages and then I’ll update my review . Price was $66.95 + $25 for full removal of previous acrylic. I think the price for the manicure is typical and competitive. Pedicure: I also did my pedicure, which I had on an old Gel polish. The technique used was a different type where a tool was used instead of traditional scrubbing. Which is something else I will have to see how it ages and comeback to update my review . Gel pedicure was $56.65 + $15 for Gel polish removal (which was odd because I got a new Gel do. I assume it’s because they did not do the Gel that I had on prior). I’ll make a better price affordability determination on my next visit , when I do not have any work that was not done by someone else. Overall I loved my experience, everything is beautiful , pink , pretty and all products used smells so good 😊 I will be returning😍 * Disclaimer* I am a soldier , nails have to be clear 😂

I’ve been coming to Nicky’s Nail Bar for over 8 months now and they never disappoint. Yas is my regular nail tech and she always goes along with my crazy ideas. I’ve also gotten my nails done by Cynthia and it was also great experience. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a bad set done in the place. The ladies at Nicky’s have become family and I’m grateful to have found a place that feels like home every single time. I no longer need to drive to the city for the perfect set of nails.

I got an amazing back to school rubber gel manicure with a design to look like apples. I love it! This is my second time coming here. The first time I got a Russian manicure that lasted for a whole month without peeling at all. Got so many compliments. My Russian pedicure is still holding up after 6 weeks. I was doing my nails myself before but I think I’m going to keep getting them done regularly now that I have discovered Nicky’s nail bar. Go!!! Make sure to make an appointment in advance because they have limited nail techs.

This was my first time trying the dual nail system (I wish I remembered the actual name!), and it completely exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, I felt like I was in a space blessed by Venus herself. Cynthia, my nail technician, was beyond amazing. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but hearing her speak so passionately about her work let me know immediately: I was in good hands. She cared. She took her time. She wanted me to walk out feeling beautiful — and I absolutely did. The atmosphere is just divine — the moment you walk in, you’re met with the gentle scent of fresh flowers, and it wraps around you like a warm hug. The decor is stunning, feminine, thoughtful… it truly feels like a self-care temple, not just a salon. I’m so grateful for this experience — and already looking forward to my next visit. The stylist that helped me was Cynthia and she was amazing , I was apprehensive, as it was my first time trying dual gel and she reassured me. I showed her inspo pictures and she assisted me with the shape and color most suitable for me and I was so very happy with the outcome of my nails I’ve never had anything other than gel and acrylic on my nails and this time I requested the dual gel with Russian manicure service and it was amazing. I’m two weeks in and I feel like I still have a fresh manicure that feels natural and lighter than acrylic on my nails
