Terrible experience! If I can give this place 0 stars, I WOULD. I went in for a simple gel acrylic set. My appointment was at 11:30 AM, but no one started on me until almost 1 PM. I had specifically asked for Tiffany to do my nails, but she gave priority to her favorite customers and had a new girl work on me instead. The next day, one nail broke completely off. My vacation was only two days away, so I came back to have it fixed. Tiffany replaced the nail, and I even asked her if any others would break since I’d be traveling, she assured me, “No, you’re good.” I paid $50 for this set, so I expected quality. Once I got on vacation, another nail chipped the same day, and later that evening, another one broke. By day 4, multiple nails had broke and chipped. I texted Tiffany frustrated, especially because I was still within the 8-day window. She was STILL unwilling to redo the full set or offer a refund—just offered to “fix the broken one” or give a small discount for a fill. For the price, nails should last at least two full weeks, not just a few days. To this day, nails are still breaking. They feel like cheap press-ons I could have done myself. Poor quality, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to take accountability. Definitely would not recommend. Responding: Hi, just to clarify the timeline: • Nails were done July 19 • One nail broke July 20 • You fixed it July 21 • I left for my trip July 23 • By July 24 (Day 6), more nails had chipped and broken That’s 6 days from the original set failing, not 8 and definitely not 10. In your own messages you even stated it was “almost at the 8-day window,” which confirms I was still within it. It’s not fair to me as a paying customer to spend my money expecting 2+ weeks of quality and have nails fail in less than a week. I didn’t receive what I paid for, and I don’t think it’s fair or professional to shift the blame.

Really skilled and very friendly! They are able to recreate any nail style I ask for and are reasonably priced. I love my nails!

I’ve been coming here for about 4 years and always get my nails with Tiffany and pedicure done. I’m always so happy with the service — they’re super patient, careful, and their customer service is amazing. My nails came out sooo cute and just the way I explained I wanted them, just in time to celebrate my birthday 🩷✨ Highly recommend this place!

They are very well organized and tidy, they have great customer service, and they are very precise with their work always make sure they get the design you ask for exactly how you want it and if you need any changes they do it for you. I chose this place because when I first came here they did a wonderful work with my last nails and the charms.

My nails came out beautiful and were exactly what I asked for! I went to Tiffany and she did an amazing job. Super quick too was not there for a long time. Will definitely be coming back their work is outstanding!
