Loved my nail techs here and Was a great customer here for 3 years so I thought. But apparently being a mom/wife/animal owner and having an ever changing schedule because well that is LIFE for most people. They are not accommodating. So definitely don’t book here if you can’t come to your appt sometimes or if you get sick or have any kind of an emergency. I unfortunately don’t have a live in nanny for my son or pets. Extremely disappointed. Always tipped 40% or more every single time…. Even when it wasn’t very good. Also multiple employees sitting around on there phones isn’t very professional that’s what a break room is for.

I have high nail standards and this place exceeded them. I brought my 3 year old in for a manicure while I got a pedicure. They were so sweet and kind to her, even helped her up into the pedicure chair to sit with me after she was done. My pedicure was very enjoyable and ended with a massage. We just moved to the area and I’m even more excited they are open on Sundays. This will be my new spot for pedicures and possibly more. Clean, friendly and so kind to my daughter. Couldn’t recommend more!

I have been going to Queen House for about 3 years now. I have never had a bad experience! The salon is beautiful and always clean. Jason and Camille are always very friendly and accommodating. I went yesterday to get my nails done for my wedding and Roy did an absolutely AMAZING job. He was so patient and kind. He worked so hard to make my nails perfect and I could tell he wanted to make sure I loved them. I am so happy with them! Thank you again Roy!

I have been going to this nail salon for 2 years now- ANC every 2-3 weeks and a gel pedicure once a month. Tonight was my first negative experience and it was with the owner. I also see based on all these reviews that they argue with or attack anyone that is not 100% satisfied which is highly unprofessional and will no longer be a business I support or refer people too. Really sad because it's a local small business. I have been getting my nails done for 25 years and tonight is the first time I have been basically scolded like a child- talked down too because of my hand movements. Uncalled for and unprofessional. If I wasn't leaving in the morning for a business trip I would have just got up and left. My nails came out like perfect at the end- I was very polite and debated writing this. Being in buisness operations for 20+ years i understand things happen- but after reading through a bunch of reviews....

I have visited this nail salon several times and have had really good experiences. I usually do ANC but have been doing gel recently and this was my first gel fill to be done here. I reshaped my nails as well. The total cost ended up being $65 and I was having trouble understanding how it ended up at $65 for a fill and plain color. They charged for color but I wasn't aware of that, I honestly couldn't make out the receipt with the charges but I think it said cut down as well. Overall they did a really good job (as always) but I wish I had known about the color beforehand - perhaps I missed it on the list of prices?
