2022-11-23My mom and I went in at 10 AM and we’re seated right away for gel mani pedis. They did an amazing job and were so friendly. The place is clean and comfortable. My mom also got eyebrows, lip, and chin wax which she said was gentle and great! Thanks so much! We will be back!

2025-06-13I was really disappointed with my experience during my most recent visit.I went in to have my acrylic nails removed and specifically mentioned that my natural nails needed a break as they were feeling very sensitive. I made it clear that I didn’t want any additional services, yet they added a clear color on top of my natural nails without my consent. I had plans to return later to get a full set, but for the time being, I just wanted to give my nails some rest.When I was told the cost would be $49 for a service I didn’t ask for, I felt it was an unreasonable charge, especially considering that a full set costs $55. The situation escalated when the owner or the staff member seemed to humiliate me in front of others and instructed to remove the clear coat. I told the lady that my nails were too sensitive for further work, and I asked her to stop the process, but she insisted on using a machine to remove the coating, which I knew would only make my nails more fragile. I am not willing to give your business a second chance, but I would really appreciate it if your team could listen to customer requests and avoid adding services or charging for things that were not explicitly asked for.
