In Joy Foot Reflexology

I just had my first one hour foot reflexology with Jason. It was wonderful. He massaged my neck, shoulders and arms first. That was such a treat. The whole experience was very relaxing and felt like such a gift for my body. I think I'll sleep well tonight. I'll return for sure.

I walked in for a massage and was immediately told by the staff to “just have a seat.” I waited 10–15 minutes while the staff member stayed on a personal phone call, completely ignoring me—even shushing me when I asked if anyone was available. During that time, I had a chance to look around and was shocked by how dirty and unkept the place was. I ended up walking out, and I’m glad I did. Between the rude service and unsanitary conditions, I would strongly advise against coming here. If I could give negative stars, I would. Honestly I don’t know how this place hasn’t been shut down yet from the board of health. **This is my response to the rude owner who responded to my review! ** Thank you for confirming that walk-ins aren’t worth your attention unless they call first—certainly clears things up. I’m glad I trusted my instincts and left when I did. As for “personal emotion,” it’s interesting how a factual review becomes emotional only when it reflects poorly on you.

I absolutely love coming to In Joy! The atmosphere is calming, the reflexology treatments are consistently excellent, and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. A special shoutout to Ronnie at the front desk — he’s always so kind, welcoming, and professional. They truly make the experience feel personal from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care in a peaceful setting!

Great place and they always do a great job. I go almost every 2 weeks. Its relaxing on my days off. The place is clean. The only thing that I don't like is the follow you out and stand behind you for a tip and they mention tip. A tip is earned and im happy to give one but they are not mandatory to give and can't be forced. And they need to start asking what kind of pressure is ok. You can't assume everyone like hard pressure digging your elbows in someone's back. Other then that I like the place

Guy at the front desk with the glasses - rudest person I've ever met. Went for hour foot massage for $50. He mistakenly charged me $5.31. I let him know so he could charge me the difference. He charged me an additional $50. I said, wait that's not right. His response - it's sales tax, you don't know what sales tax is? Actually, I do. And in NJ it's 6.625%. Which that of $50 is $3.31. So try again. It wasn't even about the $2 difference, it was about the rudeness and sarcasm that came along with it. Will never come back here again.
