I have literally never had a bad experience. I was new to Jersey and tried 2 places before Queen Nails. I guess the 3rd time was a charm. It’s always a calm and relaxing experience and everyone does great work. I stick to Dariella because I’m a creature of habit, but between myself and my daughter, we have sat in everyone’s chair and our nails are always beautiful! **Update** I still love my girl Dariella….walked in today without an appointment. Cool, no problem, that was my fault. Mary did my pedicure , LOVE….Dariellie(SP) did my nails, also LOVE! Everyone is still very kind, but the sneaky prices are blowing me. I don’t like surprises at the register and the rationale today almost felt like an insult. Paying $5 to get your nails filed down shorter is already annoying but I pay it cool, because I get good service. I get acrylic overlays on my natural nails. The corners were chipped, naturally, didn’t know I was charged an additional $10 when acrylic was being put on my nails anyway for my refill until I was checking out. I was told the charge was for nail repairs lol! She said because of the spots where the acrylic came off my nails it’s considered a repair:/ It’s not cool to keep taxing your customers. If your nails grow out, they charge to cut them. If they’re long and you don’t cut them you’re charged for extended length. I wouldn’t deter anyone from going here because again, I love the service and environment but I’m no sucka….won’t keep nickel and diming me at that register! Today my pedicure and overlay refill was $99……….

This is my favorite nail salon. This is where I go all the time. Of course once in a while I get messy nails when they have new hires. But for the most part, the old staff members know their thing. Like the girl who fixed me up yesterday is dope. She’s a true artist. She’s fast with your nails but yet patient at the same time. She was done in no time but she was so detailed and asked questions throughout, of how I wanted it done . I love her work. She had gone to Delaware but now she’s back. Yay. My baby always disturbs every time but they are kids friendly. They offered her candy to shut up 🤣
