Swedesboro Nail Spa

The last few times I’ve come here the customer service was not great. An older woman wiped my eye brows with a dry cotton ball after waxing them and irritated my skin. I asked her if she forgot the cleaner and she ignored me 2x. My face was red for 3 days. Today the man kept messing up my polish and saying my nails were just too short because I don’t get acrylic. He also barely gave me a manicure. He left so much dead skin on my cuticle and then just painted over it. A gel ombré manicure is $50 and I could have done a better job myself. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but I think I have to find a new place.

So many talented people working here! I’ve had Kim, Harry and Michelle all do my nails and I’ve been so happy with their work. This last time Michelle did my full set and pedicure and I’ve never loved my nails more! She will be my go to person from now on, she’s amazing! She pays attention to every detail and gave me exactly what I wanted.

Here for a pedicure and gel manicure. Pedicure was fine. I thought my manicure was fine when I was in the salon but once I got out home and could really look at them in the light I didn’t like them. Not sure if it is the color I chose but regardless my nails just look messy and not cleaned up. I feel they weren’t really shaped and there was still gel paint left everywhere. Just not happy with the way they looked. I am glad I wasn’t going anywhere super special or I probably would have gone back. I was a walk in a few mins after they opened so not sure if they just were trying to rush to get me done.

Had a pretty good experience here. She did a great job on my nails that needed A LOT OF WORK.. this is really the only place in this area that took their time to do a good job.. the other nail salons in town are just worried about getting people in and out so it’s always been a bad experience for not only myself but my friends as well .. so I am happy to finally found a spot that cares to take care of each customer properly

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Swedesboro Nails that I feel needs to be addressed. When I came in, I asked for a design with blue in the nails. Instead of listening to my request, the technician gave me pink and told me there was no blue available—despite the fact that there were clearly plenty of blue options. She also applied the designs on the wrong fingers. When I asked her to change the pink to blue, she acted frustrated, said “oh my God,” and was visibly annoyed at having to fix the mistake. At that point, I asked her to just do white instead, but even then, she continued doing designs that weren’t on the correct fingers and not what I had asked for. She even told me, “it’s not as easy as it looks,” which came across as very unprofessional. Because the nails were not what I requested, I had to come back. When I returned, the staff was rude and dismissive. One technician rolled her eyes when she realized she had me as a client, and another actually came up to me and sarcastically said, “Happy now?” before laughing. The front desk then attempted to charge me not only for the nails that came out wrong the first time because it had a design, but also for the set I had to get redone—where I had to change the design again because I no longer trusted that it would be done correctly. Overall, the service was unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. Not only did I not receive the design I asked for, but I was made to feel like an inconvenience for simply wanting what I paid for. I will never be recommending this place to anyone and never coming back.
