2025-12-20Terrible experience! I bring a lot of business to Salon de Panache but due to a power outage I had to go into work and had to miss my appointment. I called prior to the appointment and wanted to rebook for Monday but I was told I could not re-book as I had to pay for the canceled appointment. I get it. I really do but it as a power outage caused by huge winds and out of my control. I had to go to work due to the damage the outage and Salon de Panche made me pay. I use them for multi services and spend a lot of money there, they didn’t care. They don’t want me there again. This is how they treat good customers so don’t go there. Go to other places. That is a terrible way to treat frequent customers! When I said I will no longer go there, their reply was “sorry you feel that way”. What a poor way to run a business.

The salon itself is quite beautiful, and everyone I encountered was exceedingly friendly. I had booked my appointment online and was scheduled with Diane. I must say, Diane was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to my requests. I even showed her a picture of the hairstyle I desired, and she executed the cut perfectly. Approximately five inches of my hair was trimmed, and now it appears full and healthy. I have received numerous compliments from my family and friends, and I will certainly be returning.
