Bad place for lashes. I showed the lady that I wanted full volume and she said ok and told me she could do that I was also there for 3 hours and ended up with a classic set as well as paid for a volume set. Barely spoke English. Then I ended up going to someone else to get them fixed. NOT WORTH MY MONEY OR TIME !!!

Tatiana you did not give me a discount. You gave me back my money that I was overcharged. Your employee is a thief! I went here for my first time because my sister recommended it. They charged my sister $55 for root touch up and $30 for wash and cut less than a week ago. I trusted that it wouldn’t have been much different in price. My hair is a little past my shoulders. My sisters hair is much longer. I colored my hair one base color and wash, cut and blowout. Martha did my hair. When time to pay I asked how much? She said $240! At first I thought I heard wrong. I questioned the price and she said first time it’s more money. And the wash, cut is $90. I paid cash. I have never been charged $90 for wash, cut and blowout. And my hair isn’t long. Red Flag 🚩 they don’t have a price list in this place. Because if you don’t ask in advance for the price they take advantage and overcharge you. Also the cut was not good. I called the next day and spoke to the manager and she said it was a mistake. That it should’ve been $180 . Said she would refund me the difference. I believe this was not a mistake. I went back for the refund and Martha barely acknowledged me when I walked in. The manager left me waiting while she poked at her face in the mirror. She said she will give me a discount. Is she serious?! Discount?! That refund was the money stolen from me by your hair stylist. This was a terrible experience! Total SCAM! The manager had an answer for everything. I questioned why my sister was charged $30 for a cut and I was charged $90? That’s a big difference. Also if you look on the website it says a haircut $35. AVOID THIS SALON and go somewhere else. They don’t have values and morals. They charge whatever they feel like charging. Worst experience ever!

I've been here half dozen times or so and every time their service is the best! Tatiana and her team are all so very sweet and accommodating. The atmosphere is very calming & decor is beautifully chic. I'll continue returning!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. An absolute nightmare. I visited this location in August - I went to get waxed right before my wedding and did not have the opportunity to post a review. This was one of the most traumatic and worst experience of my life. I booked sugar full body wax, I'm allergic to soft/hard wax. When I got there, no introduction/discussion, a lady just started doing soft wax on me. I told her I'm allergic, and she then switched to sugar wax THEN switched to hard wax. I was in hives for my wedding day. The process took four hours. The main waxer brought in another girl to help her. They were making comments about how I had a lot of hair. THEY DROPPED WAX IN MY HAIR AND ON MY FACE. Four hours and two waxers later they missed several large hair spots on my body. This experience was a nightmare and the cherry on top, they don't take credit/debit. When I booked online, the total was $250, however, they inflated the price to $400 cash in person. This place is an absolute scam and nightmare. Do not recommend.

The first time I tried waxing was at this location and I was super scared but the staff is so nice and makes you feel comfortable. I’ve been coming here ever since and each time , they take the time to do the process and I feel very comfortable which is really important to me . I also got my first facial ever today there with Alyssa ! She was super sweet and took the time to explain each step to me , the whole process she made sure I felt good and was comfortable . I have super sensitive skin so I was worried about getting a facial at first , but she really made sure everything she put on my face did not irritate me and was very gentle . She is professional and also helps you understand the products you use daily and if it is good for your or not . She is amazing
