Sweet & Sassy - Ridgewood

I’ve been taking my daughter—who is now seven and a half—to Sweet & Sassy for years, and it has truly become our go-to spot. This is the only place we trust for her haircuts, and we always turn it into a fun outing with a mani and pedi. After the hair cut, they include a braid with glitter. When my daughter was younger, she used to dread cutting her hair until we found sweet & sassy now she begs me to go! It’s also become one of our favorite playdate activities, where she brings a friend or cousin along to enjoy the experience with her. The staff is always so kind, patient, and accommodating. They make every visit feel special, and my daughter always leaves feeling confident and happy. We love Sweet & Sassy and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for their kids!

Incredible experience for my daughter's 7th Bday. Other than the incredible kpop demon hunter styled makeup and hairstyles, i liked how they went with the flow, and adjusted according to what we wanted to have for the party. They listened and accommodated! The girls at the party mentioned it was the best birthday they have ever been to! Thank you to all of the staff members for making my daughter's day so special!!!

My 7 year old granddaughter had a great experience and Souzan was great with her. As the "paying adult", I feel only 3 stars are appropriate. The "ultimate makeover" package included a "party updo" yet only a few braiding styles were offered & the one my grandchild first chose was not included. The place is a bit run down and could use a good cleaning. There is a great deal of retail for the kids to be enticed by, and we purchased some glittery makeup , of course. When we got home and opened it, we found out it was all dried out and useless. It was an expensive outing, but fun for the kids who are oblivious to such things.

My daughter had her 8th birthday party here and had the time of her life! She opted for the Eras Party and it was the perfect mixture of pampering and letting loose through singing and dancing with her friends. The party hosts were sufficiently staffed, attentive, and ensured the party ran smooth all while making my girl and her friends feel like stars! I booked blindly, having never been to the venue until day of party. 100% recommend.

Loved this cute party place for my 9 year old! She had an absolute blast dressing up, getting hair and makeup done, and doing a little dance party. The staff were energetic and truly engaged with the girls. Best girly birthday spot around!
