Great professionalism from the moment I walked into the door. As soon as I picked out my color, I was seated immediately and got acrylic manicure done in a reasonable timeframe. The technician was very nice, helpful, and they even gave us lotion walking out the door as first time clients from Avatar. Horizon has definitely made me wanna come back if I was ever in the area again! I highly recommend Horizon to anyone looking for a great nail salon with a typical pricing options at a high-end area.

My first experience at Horizon Nail Spa was excellent. Walking in and seeing a customer seated in almost every chair was a good sign. I got a spa pedicure and gel manicure done and every staff member treated me with a smile and were genuinely nice people. I got a nice neck and shoulder massage whilst my nails were being worked on, felt like a dream! My favorite color is pink and I could not pick just one so my nail tech, whose name I unfortunately forget, helped with the array of colors I wanted. Definitely check this place out if you haven’t been! 5/5 and will definitely be a returning customer!!!

This was my favorite nail salon for many years - recently, the service has gone downhill. I’ve given many last chances but every time in the last 6ish months the quality of my experience has been lower and lower. I often have had to ask the pedicurists to stop what they are doing as they are hurting me and have even caused me to bleed a bit. The last time I had a gel manicure removed they sanded my nail so thin, I had to wear a bandaid for a week or two while my thicker nail grew back in (it’s still growing out now, months later). Most recently I left with a sloppy paint job with paint on my skin around my toes. These experiences along with several other similar are why I will not be returning any longer.

This is my second time at Horizon and both times were great experiences. My gel manicure came out great and the pedicure was perfect. I love how they time their time with the pedicures. Most places make you feel rushed. Not Horizon!
