The Lash Lounge

I had to stop going here. I simply could not spend 2 hours and 40 minutes of my day getting my lashes touched up (yes, this is how long it took for a 2-week refill!). My kids would be frantically trying to get in touch with me every time I came here for refills on my lashes as I was being held captive for almost 3 hours on a hard cot that the technician always tilted back with my head downward with the blood rushing into it. It is extremely uncomfortable to be in that position for almost 3 hours with adhesive tape on your eyes (that always felt like it was cutting into my actual eyeball), and I just couldn’t do it anymore. The lash technician did a nice job, but not enough to justify the time and money I spent (refills always cost me more than $200). I just went back to my old lash technician who takes 1.5 hours to do the INITIAL set of lashes and charges me $99 for the initial set—and $75 for refills, which take less than an hour. Outcome is still just as beautiful, to tell you the truth.

My experience wasn’t good as the young lady that did my lashes wasn’t very good, which resulted in a job that wasn’t done properly. By the next day I noticed there was a spot where I didn’t have any lash at all, hence I called made a complain and also to get my lashes corrected which lead me to nothing but automative response or zero to none customer service.In two day I lost half of the lashes that was applied and my even though I send pictures showing what I was talking about I still didn’t get anything resolved. I would never recommend this place to absolutely no one or save your money and time because this place isn’t the real place

The best place for Lash extensions & threading is the Lash Lounge in Red Bank. I have tried four of the women who work there and all are fabulous. Lisa, the office manager, does an amazing job of helping you find the right schedule for your lashes. Before the Lash Lounge I had tried three other places and all were either not clean or the women working at them didn’t have proper training. I highly recommend the Lash Lounge in Red Bank because it’s the best!

Lash lounge and Michelle are the best!!! Michelle has the most gentle touch and is super attentive. I got my lashes tinted (first time!) and she did a phenomenal job. She also did my brows and they look fabulous. Loyal customer now!

Clean professional and End result was fab! Very happy and fair pricing just need a receptionist! And client before me was 45 min late and they took her so I was put back! Not hood but oh well! She shoulda been cancelled or my service discounted!
