Looma Spa

Booked a spa pedicure and couldn't be happier. I was greeted by Natalia who was very sweet and had a calming disposition. She was also very accommodating and offered me some seasonal tea, which was delicious and added to my spa experience. My spa pedicure was an hour long, done by Grace. She was very sweet as well and started my appointment by giving me a heated neck wrap and heated pad that I could put on my hands or lower back. My feet are smooth, and my polish is perfect. Can't wait for my next pedicure!

First I want to comment about Natalia she was so helpful with all my questions about the massage services. The massage was wonderful. This time I called to book a pedicure and again Natalia answered all my questions and was so helpful. Can't wait for my pedicure tomorrow 😀

Great first experience here! Never knew this place was here until I was driving by and they were amazing ! I got a wax done and Katya was amazing ! I'm still have yet to try other services, which in time I will, but I would definitely recommend!

I went there today, Lisa attended to me. I paid for a 45 minute pedicure, a hot stone. She was done after 25 minutes. Lousy massage and horrible pedicure!!! Manicure was not much better!! I don't write reviews. I paid too much money for the extra spa treatments to walk away feeling ripped off. Horrible horrible!!!

Atmosphere and experience are great, and it’s very clean, but honestly it’s hit or miss with the nail techs. The spa pedicures are relaxing and they do a nice job with the massage, scrub, etc, however I probably won’t return for nail services because they’ve done a very sloppy job the last few times I went. Most recently I had a manicure and pedicure; there was polish left all over my toes which I had to clean up with a brush at home. The French manicure was a total mess, the polish dried with bubbles in it, the line was way too thick and uneven, top coat was all flooded in my cuticles. I had to take it off the next day.
