Horrible! Catastrophic! Cannot explain disapointment! I wish I was blind to see such a bad nail result! what I wanted: short nails with light pink acrilic nails. what I get: Nail specialist- Extremely rude! The nails were different shapes. She cut me several times and didn't clean them properly (photos). She was complaining about my wish to have a short nails and than badmouthing about me behind my back! Tried to scam!!! - I was told that regular manicure is $35, after the demand of show me the price list, the price significully reduced! Refund- I was told I will get a refund and of course it was a lie!

⸻ Absolutely the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I showed up on time, but my stylist was already late — not a great start. Then, she messed up the hair dye because she didn’t leave it on long enough, so she had to do it twice. That alone wasted an hour and a half of my day. As if that wasn’t enough, I had to wait again because she decided to straighten someone else’s hair in the middle of my appointment. Another 20 minutes gone, just sitting there. Then came the worst part — the tape-in extensions. I paid $360 for the hair and $75 PER BUNDLE just to have them installed. That’s not cheap — but you’d think I’d at least get quality. Nope. The extensions started falling out within 17 hours. Not even a full day. I was told they would last 20 days. What a joke. I wasted my time, my money, and left feeling totally ripped off. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values their time, money, or hair. I reached out to the salon, hoping they’d make things right. Their response? The only thing they offered was a free reinstall. Why would I let them touch my hair again after everything that went wrong? No refund, no real apology, just a weak excuse for customer service. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I wasted time, money, and walked away feeling completely scammed.

I absolutely love my nail tech dora. I have been going to her for about three and a half years now. And I will never go anywhere else again. Every time I come I get the very best service, attentive to detail, and super nice. She is such a perfectionist and it clearly shows. I have recommended this place to everyone and always get the best compliments on my nails wherever I am. Their prices are very reasonable and definitely worth every penny. I also get my hair done with Rosanna and will never go anywhere else again. She is the only ones who know how to deal with my hair and always puts her love into doing it. The entire staff is so nice and always offers you a drink and makes you feel like a true queen at all times.❤️

I want to start my review by saying I absolutely love love ROSANNA! When I tell you I am the most annoying pickiest person I’m NOT exaggerating. I am beyond HAPPY with my results she gave me exactly what I wanted. I can’t thank her enough and she is not STUCK WITH ME FOR LIFE! SHE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! The staff and owner there are also so amazing and take care of you so good, they go above and beyond to make you feel pampered. I’ll stop here and let the photos speak for themselves!!

Hello everyone, I got my nails done a week ago and they are already chipping. I paid $100 for basic green french ,the length is not even long. The service wasnt the best. She burned me multiple times. I would give this place a 1 star review but the manager was very kind and the place was beautiful. The person was who was doing my nails was talking to a guy who had walked in and eating chips. My nails looked good but not $100 good. Her work is amazing but the problem is her not being professional. Needless to say I will not be returning.
