OMG!!! This is seriously the best nail salon ever! 💅✨ I started coming here this past September for a Russian manicure with Maricela, and I’ve been obsessed ever since. The environment is so welcoming, and everyone here is amazing! Every visit, I’m greeted with such kindness and even offered a drink it’s the sweetest touch.Gloria, the owner, is so loving, understanding, and truly treats her team with care and respect. You can tell how well everyone is taken care of, and all their policies are super fair and reasonable.And the nails… perfection every single time! They last me 5+ weeks with no breaks or chips — literally the best retention I’ve ever had. I always leave feeling so happy and confident! 💖

I had an appointment today for the first time! Got a Russian manicure, extensions and this was completely an amazing experience. My nail tech Marcela did some great work on nails that needed major saving! 😊😊😊 I’m so happy with the final product and how beautiful and healthy my nails look now.

I went here and got my nails done and they barely lasted a week. I got the Russian manicure with an extension and they started breaking where the extension started. I called and told them what happened. They asked me to send an email with pictures and I never heard back from them. I assume they only wanted the picture in case so tried to dispute it because they did not care about my nails and all the money I spent & travel since I came from about 30-40 minutes away. They were very nice but definitely don’t take pride in their work. Since I can’t respond to you I want to update and drop my rating to a ONE since you all are complete liars. No one ever contacted me or requested anything multiple times! Also saying i broke them is crazy when you can clearly see where they broke. Would you like me to have them hang off my fingers for better proof!? They were getting caught in my hair & clothes so I really don’t know what you wanted me to do with the nails. Why would I keep them other than to show proof?! And I sent the email you never responded and who ever answered the phone didn’t even care!

This salon is truly a gem! I’m beyond satisfied with my experiences so far. The whole team is friendly, welcoming, and the service has been consistently great every time I’ve visited. I have very dry hands and cuticles, and Marcela always goes above and beyond to make sure they look clean, healthy, and cute! Their prices are also very affordable while still giving luxury results. Highly recommend getting a Russian manicure with Marcela!! And say yes to the coffee they offer its soo good. Thank you girls!

The staff is incredibly friendly! I loved how Marcela paid close attention to detail and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I’ve had bad experiences at other nail salons where I felt rushed as the last client of the day, but not at Pretty Nena Nails. They took their time and made me feel welcome. Such a pleasant visit!
