Been going here for years, they do good work depending on who you go to and the place is clean. Only con is if you have full nail beds you will get charged an extra $5 regardless. Not sure how they determine the length but I got my nails cut all the way down and still got charged $5 for “long nails” on top of the $3 cut down fee. I suggest making sure you get a print out of your receipt.

Out of town visitor here… I took a chance as I was in need of a pedi. My nail person was so fabulous that I decided to add a basic mani(I never get my hands done) I have not had nail service this good in many many years! Especially for the price I paid! I assumed inexpensive was going to be quick and basic. They were through and understood my directions! Yes I hate to admit it but it’s frustrating to get nails done and trying to communicate to someone who barely u sweat ands so you get what you get. This place was absolutely a surprise and thank you for the wonderful service & great pricing!

I highly recommend this nail salon! They always do an amazing job on my nails, and I never feel rushed. The team is very professional, accommodating, and genuinely cares about their customers. I’ve even called same-day, and they always find a way to squeeze me in. Nancy, the owner, is truly amazing!

I’ve given this place too many chances solely because of convenience, but enough is enough. Kathryn (Kathy) rudely told me I was “too picky” simply for asking that the sides of my nails be covered with polish — something that should be standard for any professional nail tech. That’s literally your job. I’ve also witnessed her do this to other people. The owner’s sister sits at the first chair and changed the shape of my nails without asking, then had the nerve to charge me to “fix” them when I returned. I repeatedly asked her to fix them during the original appointment, but she ignored me. My nails went from straight to curved for no reason. And of course all they did was made excuses. Then there’s her daughter Joaan — incredibly rude, dismissive, and full of attitude, especially towards me.. or seems like the entire store this is only being done towards Black customers. I’ve observed the way they treat people, and the double standard is real. I always came in with kindness and respect, and was met with negativity and poor service each and every time! They even canceled my weekend appointment after I’d already walked in, picked a color, and waited — claiming they “called” me 5 minutes before. I was driving, so of course I didn’t see it in time. I’m tired of being disrespected and treated like my presence is a problem. I took my Black dollars elsewhere — where people actually enjoy doing nails and treat you like a valued customer. This place is outdated, unprofessional, and not worth your time or money. LITERALLY Go anywhere else. :)

This is my first time here and let me say it’s amazing! I’m getting a pedicure and I chose the “jelly & hot stone massage”! Super cool and something I’ve never seen before! My daughter is 11 and is getting acrylics. I love how attentive they are and they even made her come and confirm whether the length was good!! Also, they have TONSSSS of colors to choose from in ever type. And the place is SPOTLESS! Price is great too!! Will definitely be returning!!
