Always satisfied with my nails here. Lee did this set today and he did a very good job, he is very efficient. I have been getting my nails done here for about a year now, and everyone here is amazing! The staff is always very friendly and personable. 10/10 recommend!!!!

I have been going to Nail Pro for probably 10 years and on and off I go through spurts of getting my nails done. On occasion I have tried other places and I have no idea why because I am never disappointed with this business. They already do such an amazing job. Vivian is always willing to get me in right away along with my children. I love her and Danny. But honestly they all do AMAZING! I recently had a bad experience at another salon my oldest daughter had me try. They didn’t listen to what I wanted. Today I saw May and she listened to everything I wanted done. She kept asking if this was okay after shape. I was completely squared and I wanted a more natural almost coffin look but short so not to much and she did it exactly how I wanted it. I love this place and I’m never going anywhere else. My 2 younger daughters had their nails done as well and vivian and not sure who did my youngest but they look absolutely beautiful and so cute! Completely disgusted with this place. I called to schedule appt with a nail tech that I had a positive experience with. He was off a the owner told me to come in her nephew can do my nails and he’s good. I get there and waited half an hour. I finally get to seated and had to continue to wait. He started still my nails and than he passed me along to the owner. At this point I’m doing musical chairs. Owner starts doing my nails and I asked if she could do ombré French. We didn’t even get to the nails and she barely did an even coat of the light pink. I had to tell her to put more because I saw she missed spots. I never say anything to anyone when I see there not doing a good job. She said I had to pay $5 extra for gel that she barely put on from the sides and on the top by the cuticle. She finally starts to airbrush the ombré and there’s all white speckles on my nails. It looked splotchy. So I said this is ombré ? Can you please remove it and she started to get an attitude saying that she doesn’t do ombré. Why didn’t she just say she doesn’t have expertise in doing that ??? Then she starts telling me she has other appointments ??? Excuse me?? I’m a paying customer like everyone else. If someone couldn’t take me she shouldn’t have told me her nephew could do my nails. This ladies husband had to intervene to finish my nail but at this point I was disgusted and upset I just wanted to get out of there. I had him do one more coat of the transparent pink they use and got out of there. I will never go back there again !! In fact I would rather do my own nails. The pic of my nails taken same day !
