Amazing service. Had a gel manicure with Julia. She was very thorough and nice. Salon is very clean and updates. Many choices for gel. Will definitely be returning.

I received a pedicure from a woman named Erika, and from the very beginning, she handled my feet with excessive force. While removing my existing gel pedicure, she used the drill carelessly, causing pain multiple times. It was my first time ever getting a pedicure, and I found myself having to ask her to be gentle—something I never expected to need to say. She didn’t respond and continued the procedure silently. Then, while cutting my cuticles, she stabbed the skin on my second toe with the tool. It was extremely painful, and blood started coming out immediately. When I instinctively pulled my foot away, she blamed me, saying it was because I had “too much cuticle.” I was in shock. I stood up and asked for the manager, and she just pointed to the front saying, “He’s over there,” with no apology or concern. To make matters worse, I later found out that Erika is not even licensed in the state of New Jersey. I called the salon to confirm, and the owner openly admitted that she is unlicensed. This is a serious violation of health and safety regulations. Since the service, I’ve had ongoing pain and swelling in my toe, and I’m now considering seeing a doctor due to the risk of infection. This experience was not only painful and unprofessional, but also deeply upsetting. I strongly advise others to avoid this place for your own safety.

The service is excellent, the workers are extremely nice, the atmosphere is clean, and my nails are perfect! I didn’t have an appointment but when I walked in they were able to take me immediately to do a manicure. I’m so satisfied will definitely be coming back :)
