They act like they dont know how to do nails. Like my nails came out crooked and uneven. I asked for the most basic designs and it comes out so different and weird, its not even what I asked for. I literally have to beg to put stickers on atleast cause I wasn't going out with these embarrassing nails. Its ashame because this place rated high, I honestly believe they're all bots with fake accounts

I was here on the 7th which was Thursday to get acrylic and gel color on feet and fingers with eyebrow wax. Yoo!!!!!! My nails have been on fire since the day I got it done, still hurts badly, still bleeds, I can’t do nothing with my hands right now. The lady who did it was so aggressive with the drilling and filling machine and that was bleeding my fingers out. I requested a square shape and got a different shape instead. I hate to leave negative reviews so bad but I had to because these acrylic nails doesn’t let me do nothing with my hands right now from the pain and aggressiveness from the nail stylist Sophia. The one on the toes were too long than what I requested. I can’t even where my sneakers in peace without the two large nails hitting my sneakers in front. I paid over $110 for all this and it just didn’t come out right the way I expected it to be. The only service I liked so far was the eyebrow wax. If I ever go back, I’ll request a different stylist who did a different customer when I came in. She did better. The first 3 pictures are mine and the last two photos were what I requested for.

Very professional and welcoming Nail Salon. They are very talented! I went to Dayexis and she did my nails the exact way I showed her the picture. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect! Even with my gel pedicure she took her time! I will definitely go back. Here is the pictures of what I wanted and what she delivered. You be the judge of the work they did on me. During my two-day stay in town, I sought a nail service from this establishment. Despite understanding that perfection is rare, this experience was marked by the worst customer service. The nail technician's careless use of the nail drill left me bleeding from two fingers, with no apology or acknowledgment when pointed out. Although I requested a gentler approach for the second hand, she blamed the bleeding on my "sensitive skin," a claim I found unfounded. While contemplating additional services like a pedicure, eyebrow threading, and a hair service, her lack of acknowledgment discouraged me. I hoped to take advantage of the services provided but didn't want to risk it. At payment, the technician had a concerned look when I asked if bleeding from a manicure was normal, and later, the lady that did my nails lied about a disinfectant being used. This experience leaves me highly dissatisfied, and I sincerely hope for improvements in customer service.

I think I found my new nail place!! It’s so hard finding a salon that really takes care of my nails and does so carefully. I’ve had my nails go through the gutter with different nail salons, but this one takes the cake! The owner did my nails and honestly, they came out better than I imagined!! I had gotten gel manicure after having acrylics on from another place and my nails didn’t break or chip or anything in the removal process. They take COVID-19 precautions and that’s something I appreciate immensely. Definitely will be coming here soon! Les recomiendo que vienen a este salón de uñas porque la verdad es que me encantó la manera de como me quedaron mis uñas. No me la dañaron en el proceso de hacerme un gel manicure después te tener uñas acrílicas. Definitivamente voy a regresar!
