Sea Star Nail & Spa

Just started going to Sea Star- this is my 3rd time here. I do not live near here and was in the area so i popped in- i had Michelle do my nails and she did not only an excellent job but extremely neat and thorough. I even called the owner to tell them what a great job she did. I am very picky and and very happy with my nails.

Olivia is the BEST! She is always on point with my nails and I wouldn't go anywhere else but to her. I came in from another local nail salon that was doing a terrible job - no cuticles, and usually not close to the design I'd ask for either. But not with Olivia. She is a perfectionist and it shows in the end result EVERY SINGLE TIME! ❤️💙💜

I made my appointment on the website around a month ago expecting to get an acrylic set because that is what I put down for my appointment and I did not get what I asked for. I love the design and they are very cute nails, but when I asked the nail tech when she was going to put tips on my nails she looked at me like I had 3 heads. All of the workers turned to look at me like I was insane. The woman working the counter told me that I had booked a different service, which I didn't. They told me that they were closing soon and couldn't do what I wanted because the acrylic would take 2 hours minus preping nails and the pedicure because they had already finished them. I looked over at the clock at it was 5:15, I had 45 minutes left, and at other salons they would have stayed open just a bit longer for me to give me what I wanted and what I had booked. The entire experience was very uncomfortable for my mother and I. My nail tech didn't communicate with me at all, and if I knew they were doing a different service I would have left. I was too far into the appointment to leave. I do love the design but I struggle with nail biting and always have. The lady doing my nails didn't ask me if I wanted to trim my nails, and I had been growing them out so they could put the tips on my nails. I am very unhappy with the lack of communication, and the fact that it felt like no one wanted us there. It was supposed to be a relaxing spa day for my mother and I and it wasn't relaxing at all for either of us. Again, I did love the design but everything else I was very unhappy with. Overall, 3 stars.

Mina is the best at her profession. I’ve been to many nail salons and this one is top notch in every way. The staff is excellent. They go out of their way to accommodate your scheduling needs. I would highly recommend SeaStarNail&Spa.

My first time at Sea Star Nails and it was a positive experience! Anne did a great job with my nails, and used clean tools for my cuticles which is always a nice (and necessary) touch. I got a regular gel manicure. Would recommend!
