Exceed my expectations, I'm impressed and grateful for understand my style, the detailed finishing, price point! Taking in consideration my nails shape and size! The vibes! The service at Nail Reflections is fantastic and everyone there is super friendly! I get my nails done here all the time and every nail set I get looks amazingg. Cece is the one who does my nails and she can recreate a nail photo very easily!

I had an appointment scheduled with Lorena at 11:45. When I arrived, I was told she didn’t come to work that day — no call, no heads-up, nothing. A simple message in the morning would’ve given me the chance to make other plans, but instead, I was left hanging. Of course, I got the usual “someone else can take you” line. Against my better judgment, I stayed — and ended up paying $55 for nails that look like a child did them. (Photos were taken right after the appointment.) This isn’t my first time here, and every visit seemed to come with some issue — scheduling mix-ups, nails breaking early, etc. I kept giving them chances, but clearly, this was one too many. Would not recommend. Poor communication, careless service, and no accountability. BTW only when they know the customer is satisfied will they ask for google reviews. Nails not same shape,size, gel looks splattered, fill in not completed parts missing. Simply unacceptable

I tried this nail salon for the first time and I was impressed. Ben did an amazing job with the set and only took 1.5 hours to complete it. I already scheduled my next appointment ☺️. I gave this salon 4 stars because there was dust particles from the previous customer that wasn’t fully cleaned off from the chair or work station. I simply took a paper towel and did it myself. Otherwise, the service was great.

My first time here , service was amazing . Cece did her thing she was so patient and understood what I needed. I’ll be back again My pedicure was done nice as well Great care . Tin did my feet and Cece did my nails .
